Disappointing. Nothing like the Pearl at Harbourfront. Food was overpriced and ok. Ambience is drab and boring. Won't be coming back.

The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was up scale. I found the food to be about average. The shrimp dim sum was a bit soggy. The prices seemed high to me for what we received. Still they do have actual linen table cloths.

The staff were really nice but the food wasn't the best. The dim sum was really soggy although the dumplings were tasty. I wouldn't rush to go back again.

Went here for a paint night event hosted upstairs. While I'm not able to speak to the venue itself (we stayed upstairs the whole time) I can speak to the quality of the house white wine, which is, to date, the worst wine I've ever tasted. I thought it had gone bad. The bartender opened another in front of me. I had her poor a little bit, in case it was just me, so as not to waste wine. Turns out, it was me. It was just that bad. The rum and coke, on the house, nearly made up for it.

Good portion and good flavour (I didn't have this my sister and her friend gave me her feed back)
Steamed pork buns 4 for 10.00
We're really dry and more bun than pork
Deepfried garlic shrimp dumplings 4 for 6.00
Apparetly these were fantastic but I'm allergic so I can't comment

Filled with msg and lacked any taste

Again filled with msg and lacked any taste, I usually take it home when I can't finish it, I didn't even bother meat was tasteless, noodles were cooked fantastically but there wasn't even a soy sauce taste it was just wet noodles

More sweet than anything else

A great balance between good quality dim sum, price, and nice atmosphere. Last time I was there the beer selection was not very good.

Great food and great waitstaff. Great place for just a quick bite of awesome dim sum or for a bigger meal like Peking Duck. Right on King Street.

Smells strange, staff hovered at our table uncomfortably. They seem nice enough but considering the location they have a dressed up food court feel. Not a relaxing experience.

Food is good, but price is high, given its proximity to Chinatown. The portions are OK-sized, and the flavor is good. our party tried a lot of the dim sum dishes and none were bad. The eggplant was a bit salty.
It's more of a high-end experience (read: hip vs. greasy spoon). The staff is nice and friendly. Gratuity is added for groups larger than 6 - I only mention that because I wasn't told when handed the bill, but asked the waitress).response / report this review -

Only came here once for the signing of Leehom Wang when he came to premier his concert movie at TIFF. Had a fantastic time meeting the idol of my life!

Service was good, food was okay. Not quite as good as a traditional dim sum restaurant. Also, not quite a full menu of dim sum menu items either. Nice atmosphere though.
