Stayed there a few times during and off the season. Days Inn has always been friendly and hospitable for decades of travel for myself and my family. It's disappointing to know however that this franchise hires racist bigots like Brianne Haldorson. The reviews are no joke. Can't complain about my stays though.. low quality hotel but for a very low price, moderately noisy and moderately clean. Though I'm not picky at all about fanciness. Stopped staying there, found better deals (slightly more $$) but at least staff not as horribly rude!

Great location. Not too much crowded and not too far from attractions. You must book in advance as it fills up pretty quick. Management is able to handle large groups. Rooms are clean but antiquated. You have e alot of option for food deliveries. Business center is too tiny to consider also there is a printer that is fairly new but has issues while printing due to desktop outdated.

Interesting stay.

Rooms were clean, only one ice machine and if you need an iron you need to call the front desk.

Service was good and there was a lot of amenities around.

This place don’t deserve a star. Customer service sucks. Web site said they accept debit card but upon check in they refused to accept it for my deposit. I was told they can’t hep me because I don’t have a valid credit card. This was 2am and they didn’t care I was left in the cold. Would not recommend this place to no one. On the other hand Ramada just a few door down was happy to receive my booking using my debit card. Thanks Ramada.

First of all when we walked in the concierge was on the verge of a mental breakdown as if we were an inconvenience.
Seriously the reviews are of no stretch. Do not book here. Thankfully we were able to cancel as soon as we seen our nasty room.

We were given a ground floor room in the back that looked like an old dirty small motel with people beside us that were living there as permanent residents with a dog in a one bedroom hotel room who rent for months at a time 1st red flag. 2nd red flag was the huge black stain in the middle of the floor, hard as hell rock bed and a dirty mattress under the covers. The smellIt smelt like mold and mildew.

We were out of there so quick and demanded a refund, drove up to falls view Blvd and stayed for an extra $60 more at the best western with the amenities and customer service we expect.

We were given a room that was not cleaned. We had to change rooms. There is no restaurant anymore. Pool has way too much of chlorine n take your own toiletries.

We stayed here for a wedding as apparently this was the only hotel in the Niagara Falls area that accepted blocks of rooms..anyways, I would not recommend this place at all. We paid $150 for the nightthis place should have been in the $70 range. The room was super dated, the shower had pink mildew around the drain, the toilet was constantly leaking, the blow dryer did not work for more than 2 seconds at a time, the room smelt musky, the AC unit was so dirty and filled with dust that we were hesitant to even turn it on because we were worried how much more dust would be circulating in the room. Our sink was clogged and at one point, it gurgled and it looked like bits of vomit chunks came up from the drain. The carpet was lifting in various places, the ice machine didn't work, the elevator had what looked like blood on the ceiling and there was only 1 light on the bedroom which had one of the "daylight"/hospital type bulbs in it which was not inviting. The walls were paper thin, the bed was so old that in one of the two beds, we could feel the springs! The sheets were rough and dry and the TV was the size of a computer monitor. The lobby was renovated and looked ok which gave us some reassurance, but once we checked in, we immediately wanted to run out and stay somewhere else. It felt dirty and gross. Would not recommend this place at these prices. I heard the front desk quoting a regular room rate for a Saturday to someone on the phone at $249.99!!! That is just insane! If we paid less than $100 all in, I wouldn't say anything, but even at our discounted rate (which I have also paid at the Hilton down the street before at $150/night), this is just outrageous. This place needs some serious renovations or a more realistic price. We read on several sites that the rooms were old, and gross, etc (pretty much the same thing we experienced) but because the wedding arranged for a shuttle from this hotel, it was the only reason we stayed. They also overcharged us and I had to call and argue for the refund of $50 and the one person checking us in tried to charge us for parking when it was supposed to be free since we had the block of rooms. I don't ever leave reviews but I feel people should know they are over paying and to really have their expectations set to something along the lines of a beat down, off the highway, last resort type of stay!

First room had a bunch of fruit flies/ small flies. Big stain inside door. Second room didn't have flies but water damage on wall. Stayed here for 4 hours before work, not worth it, didn't sleep. Travel alot for work and stayed in other days inns that were nice, this one is notStaff at desk was nice but not a great hotel. Motels up the road look better, stay somewhere else!!

The hotel is well located, properly maintained and clean. Some details show signs of wear but do not hinder its use. The service is ok but not outstanding. We stayed two nights and the room was not cleaned during our stay. The wifi was not working the first day, and when it was fixed it was kind of slow, but worked. We printed some tickets we bought online successfully. We stayed with our two dogs and there was no problem with them, the room we received went directly into the parking lot which was great for walking them. The room was nice, and the beds comfortable. The sink was outside the bathroom which was interesting as it was a first for us, not that it bothered us. It was overall a good stay, we would consider staying here again, but there were a few details to consider to make it a perfect stay.

Horrible Horrible Horrible!!!
The hotel ran out of hot water in the morning!! What kind of hotel does this? I he bed was completely uncomfortable! Outdated elevator makes you feel like you're falling.
We didn't even get as much as an apology in the morning for not having not water!!! I urge everyone to stay away from this place! I gave it one star Becuase the woman we dealt with when we checked in was decent.

We have stayed at many hotels in Niagara Falls and this is by far the worst we've been to. We had to pay for parking when it wasn't even in the heart of the tourism area (we are from the area so we are aware of the way it should be!) The room was extremely small, dated and damaged. The pillows were lumpy and the mattress caved in if you sat on it. We tried to escape our room by heading down to the pool, but as it turns out the hot tub had been removed and the pool was as cold as ice. Even our showers in the morning were affected by someone else running their water, which is unacceptable for a hotel. Rooms are cheap but not worth the price, do yourself a favor and spend the extra money on something a little nicer! We won't be back.
