Had a great time the staff was really helpfull and friendly nothing was too much trouble.The rooms need some tender loving care but for a cheap place to stay it served it's purpose it is in a quiet location and staff are at hand to help .

Room is lacking to say the least. Holes in the cealing from lohts they have taken out. Dirty ground around hot tub. No alarm clock or phone. All the furniture is way out of date and broken. Bed is rough on the back.

WE BOOKED OUR ROOM 3 WEEKS IN ADVANCE FOR 3 NIGHTS WITH OUR BMO VISA CARD, HIS WEBSITE SAID RESERVE NOW PAY WHEN YOU ARRIVE, WELL WE ARRIVED ON SEPT. 8, 2017 & HE SAYS OF WOULD YOU LIKE TO RENT A ROOM I SAID WE ALREADY RESERVED A ROOM 3 WEEKS AGO WE JUST NEED TO PAY NOW, HE SAYS WHAT IS THE NAME I TOLD HIM HE SAID OH YOUR CREDIT CARD IS NO GOOD I SAID WE DONT HAVE A CREDIT CARD WE WERE TOLD BY OUR BANK WE CAN RESERVE WITH OUR BANK CARD & YOUR SIGHT SAID RESERVE NOW & PAY WHEN YOU ARRIVE, 3X HE SAID YOUR CARD DONT WORK MY HUSBAND TOLD HIM ITS NOT A CREDIT CARD & YOU HAD NO BUISNESS TRYING TO GO INTO OUR BANK ACCT. The staff are deceiving. No phone and staff are never on site. After checking in, staff were unavailable. Have to ring a bell by the office in order to get a hold of staff. The shower rod is not secure in the bathroom, it fell down as I pulled the curtain to open it. The toilet stopped flushing in the middle of the night, staff were not available to report it. The air conditioner does not work. It is filled with dust and dirt blowing out hot air. After finally getting a hold of staff, customer service was awful. He pushed his hand in the toilet bowl to fix the toilet. The handle inside was rusty and broken. Stay far away especially with family with young kids.

The house was not cleaned properly. The bbq was disgusting and we had to wash the grills. Beds were too small and very uncomfortable so some of us had to go to another hotel. The house has a limit of 10 people and I only recommend it if you are going with a party crowd and looking for an affordable place when you split the price up.

The house is pretty old but cosy, carries a hefty price though. They didn't leave enough toilet paper for a house that holds 10 people. The guy at the front desk has no idea what's going on and gave me one key for a house that holds 10 people I told him I need another key and said there is no more. I went back the next day and made him call the owner/manager he gave me one more key. When I was paying for the place he gave me my credit card recipt I said I need an actual invoice he says that's all he can give me. This place is unprofessional. I only recommend if you are going with a party crowd the place is relaxed and affordable when you split the price up. The house has a limit of 10 people.

I paid $29 on Expedia for one night for one room with a queen sized bed. Since I didn't spend much, I didn't expect much. However, the heat did not work at all. It's nearly 20 degrees outside and I was absolutely freezing all night. The bathroom was out of hot water after 2 minutes and the bathroom is outdated and needs repairs. However, the staff were kind and the room was clean, but I would've appreciated heat on a cold winter night.

DO NOT BOOK A ROOM IN THIS HOTEL!!!! I paid over $400 for 1 night, I assumed with that high of a price tag this must be a high end, nice hotel. I was completely wrong. I walk in and the walls are crack and falling apart. Cracks surround the room as does mold, a shiver goes down my spine and I think to my self "This can't be the hotel. I paid $400 FOR." I continue on into the room and As I walked into the bathroom I could not believe my eyes. Brown goo oozing out the fossit. Brown stains all over the towels and cracked ceilings and floors. At that moment I almost fainted. I go to the manager and ask to cancel, because no way in hell I'm sleeping in there. He has the guts to tell me, "Can't cancel if you only spend one night, sorry." I had every right to cancel yet all he wants is his Greasy $400. I even offered $100 to cancel. I would not sleep in this hotel even if you paid me. This hotel is COMPLETE AND UTTER BULLSHIT.
