Went for laser hair removal. A friend recommended them because they use the type of laser that can different darker skin from dark hairs. Done only 1/6 treatments so far & it seems okay. The staff are nice but don’t seem to work with the same database. I did my consultation with one lady, booked my session & got treated by a different lady. The treatment lady didn’t have any context or information about me, my consultation or treatment recommendations. I literally had to provide all that info as if i hadn’t been there before.

I have done laser hair removal on my face, I had 6 treatments with Very good results. I also did my Botox injection, loved it. My wrinkles are all gone, very professional place, very reasonable prices, highly recommended.

I have been a client here for around 10 years with many different services.
I first started going here for laser hair removal on my legs. Katrina was so welcoming and professional. Having this service done 10 years ago and still having hairless legs has been amazing!

I have been receiving botox and filler here with Kasia for around 3 years. I love how she listens to me and ensures that I look natural but also to prevent future wrinkles coming in. My lips are always well done and not overly done. I have been so happy and will always come back. I highly recommend Kasia and this spa to everyone that asks where I go. I have sent many friends there and they always are so happy and rave about their experiences.

Sheema is the best! I was SO happy with my laser hair removal results. I have very thick hair and even just after the first appointment I was already seeing incredible results. She really cares and ensures that the machine is turned up enough so that you always see results after each session. She is also lovely to talk to and time always flies by quickly during a session! Would highly recommend.

I have been going to New Age Medical Spa since July 2018 for my laser hair removal needs and I couldn’t be happier with the service and the results!

The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and super professional. They always see me on time, always answer the phone when I call, and kindly send me reminder emails regarding my appointments well in advance to ensure there are no scheduling issues.

They also have the best prices in town (I shopped around!!!) and they offer many packaged deals, which save you even more! And even with the great price point, they never sacrifice on quality as they use only the top of the line and most up to date equipment and tools.

I will have my last laser treatment this month and am very happy with both the treatment process (quick and painless) and the overall results (no more hair - yay)! I plan on using their other services next including facials, manicures etc. as I have heard great reviews on those services as well.

Overall, I would highly recommend!

I have purchased laser hair removal treatments for extended bikini in the Kitchener Location. The price was very reasonable, and had no issues with scheduling (like I’ve had at another place) Sheema, the laser tech is awesome!!! I enjoy talking to her and she makes me feel very comfortable doing laser in an awkward area :)

Love the atmosphere. The staff here is very friendly and experienced. Prices are very affordable. Great support in working with me to get the results I need. Have gone there many times for multiple different laser treatments and would recommend New Age to anyone.

I've been nearly a customer for almost a year and I have to say this spa is amazing. Staff are stunning as well as friendly. Boutique is clean, accommodating, and smells great. They have many services for the lady, the man, or the transgender individual in society. They welcome all with open arms! I originally came to New Age Medical Spa and Laser Hair Removal upon a friend's advice, and tip, about an occasional deal rate with an installment plan for laser hair removal on my face and chin region and never regretted on signing up. I do plan to return once the dark hair is gone as I have to then work on white hairs resistant to laser but not though electrolysis! Another service that this boutique offers also with competitive rates. AGAIN! It's those rates that always puts this boutique clinic spa at the top of the list above other boutiques in this area of Kitchener-Waterloo. They are kind. considerate and will work with you if you're on a tight budget. All I can say is don't ignore this spa boutique as they are always on the cutting edge and always upgrading their facilities.

Very happy with the results so far! I've just started my second unlimited package for hair removal on my underarms and it has made a HUGE difference. I'm well on track to be completely hair free by the end of this package or even sooner! The treatments are very quick but done carefully. It is pain free and I have not experienced any negative side effects. The staff is also very friendly and they ensure that you are comfortable and happy. I will definitely be purchasing packages for other areas in the near future!

I'm so happy with my results!! I bought a package for my face and underarms and loved the results so much I bought another package for my legs and brazilian and so far I'm impressed with the results! Sheema is amazing, she treats and talks to you like a real person and does her absolute best to make sure your super comfortable and that all your questions are answered!! I recommend this place to anyone and everyone :)

Incredible experience everytime. Sheema is very friendly and makes me feel very confortable as i get my full body treatments. Scheduling a time that is available for me as well as them is very flexible. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs to get some good work done in an friendly environment.

Fantastic service!!! My husband and I have had 3 treatments and have experienced a friendly atmosphere, always felt comfortable and professional staff. I even showed up early and was offered coffee and staff made me feel at home.
