Poor quality control. They often have spoiled produce for sale. I've also caught them having changed the dates on food that had expired.

Fresh herbs often stacked on ice, which means they are unusable by the time you get home. Bakery products often feel as if they have just been taken out of freezer. Very poor selection overall.

There is something wrong with the training these employees are getting. They don't know how to bag, I constantly catch them putting delicate things like chips and bread beneath heavy things and boxes.
They do not listen at all. Had things rung up after I handed them to the checker saying I didn't want it and we laughed about my baby sneaking it in the cart then it's in my bag a minute later, having been rung up multiple other times where different checkers just completely ignored me. One scanned my gift card after I asked her not to, she scanned it and emptied it and didn't even say sorry for her mistake. I call that one grumpy girl because she just sits there with a scowl on her face all day.
