Waited for 45 mins for the doctor but still no one attended.
I was in discomfort, took time from work, made an appointment but had a horrible experience.
Wasn’t expecting this based on the good reviews.
Staff was really polite and apologetic but this is totally unacceptable.

In November of 2017 I had the worst tooth pain imaginable! Went in on a Tuesday to see what was wrong, Dr. Faria found out I had a tooth infection and required a root canal! I was able to be scheduled a few days later, that Friday (that was required because of how inflamed my tooth was and had to be on antibiotics for a few days). I was terrified to get a root canal because of horror stories I heard in general, but Dr. Faria did a FANTASTIC job! He numbed my tooth so well I didn't feel a thing, and I have told everyone I have seen afterwards that I would get a root canal again if Dr. Faria were to do it!
The staff are absolutely amazing here, and so welcoming! I will always book my appointment with Catherine, we always have a great talk and does an amazing job cleaning my teeth, especially because I have one problem area with my gums! She never makes me feel bad about it, in fact she knows exactly what to do! She's so funny and always remembers my interests. She really shows that she cares. My teeth always feel amazing after leaving here. Would highly recommend this office to anyone!

My family and I have been long time patients at Queensway Dental since Dr. Faria opened his doors. Calvin is very friendly and outgoing and treats all of his patients with dignity and respect. The front office staff are very friendly and always have a smile on their faces.
I would most definitely recommend Dr. Faria to any new patient.

The team at Queensway is AMAZING! I drive from Niagara to go their because they always take their time and make me feel so comfortable. I am not an easy patient, I have a phobia. But the team their is so understanding. Love, love, love my experience every time!

No dentist in Toronto was able to convince me I needed to have my wisdom teeth removed, not only did Dr. Faria and his team convinced me they had all 4 out in one visit . Very professional,knowledgeable and friendly. Love the followup calls. Best dental team .

I have been going to Queensway Dental for quite a number of years just like the other patients that have posted their reviews. this office was recommended to me by a friend as well. While in the waiting room you can see the tropical fish swimming around, their is also a TV in the waiting room , this office also has games for the younger patients, plenty of magazines to read while waiting. My favorit hygienisty is Katherine. After an appointment we get a little sample bag of a toothbrush, floss and toothpast.

I have been going to Queensway Dental for many years and have nothing but good things to say about both Dr. Faria and all of the staff. He is a very knowledgeable dentist and very caring. I have dealt with a few of the hygienists and find them all very good, but my favourite is Jordanna. I would recommend them to anyone.
