I am extremely disappointed with how the workers there handled our order. I ordered over the phone and they told me to come and pick it up in 30 minutes. When I got there I payed at the register and thought I would receive my dinner that I already waited half an hour for prior. After a few minutes I casually asked the guy working there about how long my order will take and he said he'll check on it "in a minute". So I waited.for 45 minutes! There were three bags that we're already on the side that were to be given to customers who were waiting in line with me (little did I know one of those bags were mine). My dinner was sitting there for over half an hour when they could easily have just given it to me. Only after the guy forgot and made eye contact with me did he give me my order. By that point, the food was cold. Disgusted, I asked for my order to be remade which took around 25 minutes this time. The people there didn't even offer a refund, all they did was that they'd give me a discount for the next meal there. I told them that I didn't plan on coming back so they took back the discount that they were about to offer me. I asked about what they were willing to do about the current situation and they didn't give an answer or offer any sort of compensation. I refuse to ever go back there after being treated so poorly. Not to mention, that night I saw several other people complaining about getting the wrong order or that the people there messed up their food. I normally am quite a layed back guy but I found myself enraged that night after that horrible experience.

4. We had to get back up and get utensils yourself which was at the front counter NO GOOD
4. The spicy rice raste like something preserved in a barn and covered in hay. NO GOOD

My friend and I walked into the dining space and there were about four unclean tables with leftover food and plates. We found a decent seat, but after we sat, we realized our table was also not clean because there were two glasses, half-filled with water. I had to alert a worker to please clean the table. My friend ordered the Peri Peri wings with fries. Her fries came in 20-25 minutes late and it had to take speaking to one of the workers TWICE!!! since once wasn't good enough to invoke a sense of urgency to bring the fries.To make matters worse, the FRIES CAME IN COLD! I wanted to order something with mushrooms in it, and they were out of mushrooms as well. It was not just one event that made our experience unpleasant, it was a series of events, and throughout all this none of the workers even acknowledged their fault and felt the need to apologize. I know I can't bring myself to come to this location again, but please improve your services so you don't disappoint another customer whose excited to dine at Nando's.

I have not eaten since over year ago. I notice changes in quality of food. Must be a new chicken suppler. The chicken definitely not as good quality. Taste and fatty chicken. I had the lemon and herb. If I had the hot those people don't notice what I'm saying about quality. Even the rice does not taste as good. I won't be eating there again.

delicious! chicken is juicy and tasty
Edit: unfortunately i will never be coming back here again. They have screwed up my order on two occasions.
On the first, i had a takeout order of a double leg meal with a hot spiciness level. It came to me without any spicy sauce at all. Just dry chicken. Whatever, i still ate it as i had hot sauce at home. Our side of macho peas tasted slightly sour.
On the second occasion, again a takeout meal, we ordered a chicken and halloumi salad. There was no halloumi at all. We also had a butternut squash and corn as a side. The small side container was only filled a quarter way and to add on to that, smelled like dirty socks.response / report this review -

Short on staff. No hostess. Food took 45 minutes to be ready and the chicken was under cooked. Large salad with old vegetables for $8 and not even enough for one person. No forks. No plates. Dirty tables. Dirty washrooms. The sauce bottles were oily and disgusting from other people's hands. Teenage staff and very rude. The worst was the Manager. A piece of cooked vegetable still had the bar code on it from the grocery store. Once I told the Manager about it she said we understand your concern, sorry, and she turned around and continued with her work. Wow!!! If she was running my store she would be fired on the spot. If you don't like your job, quit and stay home. We spent $60 for 3 people and came out and went to McDonald's after.

Good food. Nice location and plenty of parking spots. And hot sauce bottles overload! The restaurant itself is not that big, but it can accommodate a big group if it's not crowded already. Food arrived fairly quickly and staff was nice. Great overall!

Ordered 2 quarter chicken with a side and 2 pops with my wife, taste wise is all fine, but the portion is extremely little. Even my wife who eats little normally had the complaint. Cost us $30, unless offer better portion we are not coming back. Sorry.

Tried the Grilled Chicken Liver served with bread and it was great! Got the 1/2 chicken combo with hearty coleslaw and spiced rice. Surprised that it was not crowded here on a Saturday for lunch which we appreciated. Fast service and no lining up.

overpriced for what it is. also if you beg the incompetent staff for extra sauce they give you very little. they have no empathy or regard for what would be required for eating a full pack!

Food is amazing, service is a little weird. Do you tip here? They seat you then you have to go to the cash register to place your order and pay before food is ready, they bring your order to the table but you have to go up front to pick up utensils and drinks I think they could do a lot better if they ran it normally.

Normally, Nando's is a great place to go - even internationally! - so a friend who's new to town wanted to go here. However, my friend and I weren't thrilled about last night's options and service at this location. I originally wanted the sandwich but they ran out of the breast pieces that specifically are made for that sandwich and the cashier refused to make substitutions with just another regular breast piece. They ran out of pitas so begrudgingly, I got the 1/4 chicken leg and thigh. I paid $8 and some change (this includes tax) and what I got was so little when I saw it on the plate, I ended up getting two sides to add to it. The same cashier was also very curt with my friend when my friend couldn't figure out the drink machine (like we don't work there, so there's no need to be rude like that if we can't figure it out on the first go). The service here is abominable, and definitely not wasting my money at this location at least.

Went here on a Saturday around 7pm. The place was pretty busy and we were told it was about a 45 minute wait + 30 minutes for a table. However, it turned out to only take about 30 minutes to get a table and our food.
The chicken here is fantastic, so moist and delicious. Now let's talk about sauces, because lets be real the chicken is just a sauce conduit. I went with hot and sprinkled a generous portion of garlic Peri Peri. The heat was definitely hot, but not so much so as to make the meal unenjoyable or require pitchers of water.response / report this review -

Let's keep this short and semi-sweet. Food is definitely up there in terms of cost. Food itself, phenomenal. Portion size, could be better. Staff interaction is always below average to average. Yes we know you may dislike working In a restaurant, but don't treat customers poorly.
Quick enough service for dining in and taking out. (10-15 min avg) This place has definitely improved over the years-- I highly recommend trying Nandos at least once.
Also the medium level sauce definitely packs heat (or I'm just a heat-weakling), but you can do half and half as well with garlic/herb to cut the heat, and add extra garlic sauce for more flavour.
The flavours keep me coming back, but not as often thanks to the prices.response / report this review
