Never disappointed with Flavour Fuel! Lunch with McMaster colleagues today, tzatziki chicken wraps, quinoa chicken fusion salads, greek orzo salad, fatoush salad, sweet potato kale salads, bisquits and flavour fuel bites for our dessert. Very fresh, very delicious food enjoyed by all. We will be back for more! Thank you.

Stopped in to see what was available when on my way home from the post office. Right away, I was asked about any dietary restrictions (I was going to ask about vegan items), and they were very clear about what was OK for me to eat. I ordered a salad (Black bean, corn, and sweet potato) and a cupcake (sweet potato with coconut icing). The food was very affordable and delicious! Definitely plan to come again!

My husband and I stopped by today for the first time, we've been meeting to pop in for awhile! The staff were so friendly, and very helpful. You could tell they really care about their customers and the food they were making. And no wonder, it's delicious! We had a muffaleta panini and a meatball sandwich, we brought them to our car and planned on having a quick few bites before heading on the road but our sandwiches were so good we ended up eating all of it right there in the parking lot. We definitely will be back and can't wait to try some other things off their menu! Thanks for the awesome lunch guys!

Been hearing good things about Flavour Fuel, so I popped in today to see what they're all about and I'm glad I did. I was greeted warmly and bombarded by the wonderful aroma of home cooked food and fresh baked delectables!they put a lot of love and pride into what they do, nice to see, because there's too much "I don't give a crap" apathetic half-assed attitudes with food based business owners in this city. Support this local family business, they do things well, I'll be back!👍👍

I was just here and I ordered the coconut cream pie smoothie and it is AMAZING. It's so thick and rich. The menu items look great, and the staff are super friendly. I will definitely be back!
