I have found Mike, Bob, and Candice very helpful. I have been a customer for over 8 years and have bought shop equipment and parts from Universal Supply. They have gone out of their way to make me happy. Not always the cheapest but you really do get what you pay for. I have never had a warranty refused or questioned. That is worth a lot to me. Candice has always been helpful and polite.
