Very helpful, personalized service and their prices are very good. Just purchased winter tires and rims for both my vehicles. Will be going back next time I need summer tires as well.

Blown away by my experience!
I've been driving past this place for months and when my tire pressure light kept coming on even though I was constantly filling it up, I knew it was time to have it looked at. I drove into action wheel I was greeted right away and was help by their staff, explained my situation and immediately they inspected my wheel apparently I had a split in my rim. I asked if it was fixable, while talking to them they suggested that I recondition the whole wheel to bring it back to factory including welding my wheel. They had concerns about my two front tires since I had low tread. I told them I ordered two continental tires from heritage tire and should have them in three days, I said while I'm here waiting for my ride can you get me a price, I was taken by surprise literally shocked, in question, are you serious I thought for sure it was some mistake their price was substantially lower than heritage tire by $108.00 per tire, they assured me they are exactly oe tires for my Mercedes. So I ordered them and they arrived the next day. All services were done as promised and I am extremely happy with this business. When they were complete and I went to pay, there were no hidden charges. Very straightforward. I cannot tell you how grateful I am that there are businesses left that our old fashion and cater to the customer. It's very refreshing.response / report this review -

Very unhappy. Im typically easy to please. I bought 4 80% tires i needed quickly, after they put them on i realized 3 were 80% and one was 20%. When i called they seemed not to care much, said all they can do is refund me for the one bad tire they decided to put on. After all of that I went back after being out of town and they said it has been a week and they can do nothing. I bought brand new tires from them at this point i had no choice, asked them to sell the three tires for $200. I got a txt msg from them that they sold them for $125 and they would not refund the bad tire they sold me. When i got that message i was at another shop getting my brand new tires rebalanced because they didnt do them properly. I showed them the mechanic report of what was done improperly with the original installation and they basically said it was b.s.. people make mistakes and it happens but a good business will go above and beyond to fix it.

Just blown away from the service and sales . Struggled with picking out the right wheels and found them to be very patient with me . We spent a good hr figuring out what would best suit my car . The service was great , constantly wiping the wheels down and providing nothing but professional care . Definitely a big thumbs up . Thanks guys very much appreciated

I went to Action to get my rims restored and ended up buying new ones. Cost me less than buying winter rims and restoring the original, and they were put on immediately. Couldn't ask for better service and saving money.

Absolutely amazing customer service, awesome prices, AND A FANTASTIC LINE of PRODUCTS to choose from!! Their FINANCING PLAN also made it easier to obtain my wheels and tires. My wife couldn't be happier a great Birthday Surprise done to perfection.!! Highly recommended!

Fantastic service and excellent business to deal with. I was in desperate need of wheels and tires since being in a accident, the girl at the counter offered me financing advise, I immediately thought what a great idea. They had 90 days interest free, or if perhaps I needed longer up to 12-24 months. I opt for 90 you just can't beat that. Very pleased with their service.

Super people to deal with and know there business. I had a wonderful experience with this company spoke to a girl about some previous pricing I got, felt uncomfortable about a few businesses quoting me on tires trying to sell me sizes that wasn't for my car. The girl at action wheel immediately made me feel relaxed and answered all my questions. She had exactly what I needed in the correct size for my car. Minutes later we installed my new tires.
Overall experience was the best I have seen in years, so much fun and laughter action has a away of making you feel right at home. I highly recommend this place.response / report this review -

As I've gotten older I've come to the conclusion that I'd rather pay a little more for quality service from a locally owned businesses.
Then there are times when you find a place like Action Wheel & Tire. Dedicated. Enthusiastic. Helpful. Professionals. And their prices are more than competitive with other chains.
I came in here after seeing the shop totally at random as I happened to drive by on my way to Costco. I'm so glad I did! These guys had the same tires a few dollars less per tire saving me like 40 bucks, no pressure on the sale, less expensive installation fee.

Seriously, as a girl who gives off a "I know absolutely nothing about what you're talking about" vibe when it comes to cars, I have been treated terribly by mechanics in the past. I went to Action Wheel & Tire after a friend recommended it, and I hope I never have to go anywhere else.
These guys are super friendly, respectful, and honest about what needs to be done to my car and how long it will take. They'll tell me if something needs to be fixed.
The crew at Action Wheel & Tire is top quality I was getting vibration and shaking on my rim, the young lady I spoke with said don't worry I'll look after you, we will inspect your wheels including your tires.
Turns out I had a broke belt in one of my back tires, and another tire on my front wheel my wires where popping out of my tire, I didn't know what to say, I was in shock. I'm clueless about stuff like this. The manager Pauline showed me exactly what happen.
Pauline gave me three quotes, and right way we put four new tires on. I originally bought four used tires from another company not even 6 months ago. She explained going used is not always the best way to go. Most times you end up more problems boy was she right.
I am was so grateful I drove to grab a coffee down the road and bought them coffee and donuts. I'll never forget the kindness and generosity I received. They are my go to shop from this day forward.
