  Always get awesome service here. They are honest people. Reasonable also. They tell you what you need done to car. They don't overcharge on prices either. So glad they are so great to work with!

  I have said it before but it bears repeating. This service garage is, bar none, the best automotive service garage I have ever dealt with. Not only are they honest as the day is long, but they have excellent mechanics that know how to properly diagnose a problem, and more importantly, fix it and fix it right the first time. I own three vehicles and they service all of them. I would recommend anyone and everyone who needs any sort of vehicle mechanical service to take their vehicle(s) to Kipping Tire & Automotive (Firestone) at 3600 Tecumseh Road East in Windsor Ontario.

  Bought a used vehicle from someone, exhaust was under warranty from this shop. Instead of looking at the vehicle and assessing what was going on they simply said 'change of ownership, warranty is void'. I would have been willing to spend the money if they would have at least talked about it. Meh I'll just go to a different shop and pay them.

  I have been taking my car to the Kipping Tire location on Tecumseh road for over four years now. My cars have had everything from oil changes and tire rotations to purchasing summer/winter tires to having work done on the front end to correct squeaks and rattling. Steve, Norm, and Derek are very knowledgeable and provide quality service. Highly recommend Kipping Tire for all your auto service needs.

  I always get great advice and excellent service. These guys treat us better than the dealerships that we bought our vehicles from!
  
  We have been using this shop for years. They always give me a very accurate estimate and are honest about what needs to be done and what can wait.
  
  They are very direct and no-nonsense which some might see as not the best customer service. I'll pass on getting the "warm fuzzies" if it means my vehicle is fixed right, on the same day, and is priced well. :)

  Good fast service, friendly staff, fair prices but the lobby could use some work. Maybe put up a flat screen or something. Maybe a pool table. Just food for thought
