Honestly. The best family owned garage in Windsor as far as I am concerned. I have been a customer 1998. They are very honest. Trust worthy. Top notch people person skills. Top quality workmanship. I will go no where else in Windsor for the services I cannot provide myself as a Mechanic. I am a Jr. Mechanic, also a skilled Machinist. So I believe my opinion matters huge on this one. Let them know Michael Lucas refered you please.

Terrible customer service. Asked for an inspection and quote. I paid for the inspection and never received a quote. They told me to come back in a few months to get the work done. I asked for a quote again and never received one. When I returned to have the work completed, they charged me again to look at what they already looked at and still did not give me a quote. They would not give me my keys unless I paid again or left a deposit to get the work done. Finally, when I got the price they were charging, it was TWICE as much as all other garages for the same work. Never will return here again. Very rude.

Extremely friendly atmosphere here. Have gone by a few times for my van, and each time they have been courteous and listened to my problems and came to a solution with me. I trust their services and pricing, and have always been made to feel welcome. Highly recommended by a female uni student.

I give Evoy's 5 stars because they've earned every single one. I was referred to Evoy's by an uncle of mine. At the time, he was the shop manager for a national franchise chain of garages. His shop didn't have the equipment needed to do a front-end alignment. Evoy's did. He said to speak with Don, so I did. Now, more than 15 years have past (along with 4 vehicles) and I don't regret any of the work I've had done at Evoy's. The staff is knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Most importantly, they are also very trustworthy. I bought my last 4 cars "used". My current car, I purchased new. I often do my own basic maintenance (oil/filter changes etc.) but whenever I need something checked out or worked on, I go to Evoy's. My thanks to Don, Terry, Debra, Frank, Darcy and the rest of the crew at Evoy's for the job they do so well.

Left my Ford Fusion 2011 (blue) in for service. I had a gas leak and I was not able to be in the garage or the shop to see what happened to my car. Completely coordinated over the phone and he also did some additional investigations to tell me the issue was fixable through a possible skipped RECALL notice. I contacted Ford customer care and found out there indeed was a recall notice for the car for this issue. I will hopefully get it fixed soon. Thanks Don and thanks Evoy. Great job with letting me know what the problem was in a very professor manner.
