I'm 18 years old and decided to get my safety done there for my first car. They didn't safety my whole car considering I had to get brand new back brakes a month after I got it down. Also gave me a quote then raised the price by half!! Never going back!

Been taking my two vehicles here for years now.

Pros: Great service, explain the problem in detail each time, including showing me the worn parts removed. Provide options on parts when available, describing the pros and cons of each option. They let me know if a repair can wait. My car is nearly 10 years old and my truck is almost 20 years old; they keep them running beautifully.

Con: I can't find an excuse to get a newer truck.

I have been taking my vehicles here for quite a few years and have always had excellant service! Service has always been fair, within the quoted amount and in a very timely manner. I travel on business and while away my wife has had to take her vehicle in for service and she has always been treated fantastic! I highly recommend John's Auto!

We have been going to John's Auto for years. They are always fair and honest in all they do. They've even come in cheaper than quoted for me in the past. Go see them if you want a trustworthy source for vehicle repairs.

Great place to go if you want your car repair to last a month or so, then take it to a different mechanic and find out that although you were charged for new parts, the parts you were charged for never made it to your car. John's Auto is not a reputable place for auto repairs. There are other mechanics. A complaint has been registered with the Better Business Bureau.
