Everytime I had an issue with my vehicle they always found the time to look at it and even got the job done usually the same day. Just recently brought my vehicle because of a weird noise and smoke coming from under the hood. Turns out my alternator went. Was expecting to have it back the following week but they had a no show and got my vehicle to me 3 hrs later.Soooo impressed with the guys at Martin Automotive.Definately recommends them!

I will not recommend this repair shop to anyone. I trusted this shop based on reviews posted on this site but when I visited this shop with my burnt radiator they never tested head gasket first but replaced every other thing in the car to make a huge bill. I ended up paying them $750.00 to fix overheating problem. On my return to my house it again overheated and I asked them to fix it they send me to their other Napa approved shop in Abbotsford they charged me another $250.00 and after charging $250.00 they told me that there is problem with head gasket and it needs another $2,000.00. So I ended up paying them $1,000.00 on my 2005 Honda Civic and is still having same problem. I will never ever recommend this shop to any one. I raised this matter to Napa and they assured me that somebody will call me and fix this problem but nobody from these shops called me as they do not care about their customers. It was my bad luck that I visited a shop with dumb mechanics who couldn't told me the problem after a first look on this car and kept saying me other things to replace rather than recommending exact solution. They are not different from corrupt garages misguiding honest customers. I am fully agreed about Derek's post on this page.

Absolutely recommend these guys! I was driving through Chilliwack on July 7th when I experienced car issues and needed to have my car looked at for a sudden loud noise in my brake system. They found the problem, that could have been very serious if I had continued, and had me on my way in half an hour! Very honest shop, can't say enough good things about them.

Exellent experience everytime I go in, I drive from Coquitlam just to go here, their honesty alone and fare prices had me since day one. Joel is beyond smart about any vehicle he knows what he is talking about, don't be afraid to call and ask a simple question he is more then willing to help you over the phone with out having you drive all the way in just to get it diagnosed, he ussualy has my issues diagnosed before I even arrive and he's typically bang on correct everytime, have never spent more then an hour and half their I get them to do all the work on my truck I wouldn't trust anyone else.

Joal is the Best !
Brought my Honda Accord back to life !
I Bought a lemon with a Broken Engine .The car ran still but was on the way out .
The guy found the problem right away before I spent any more money on it and found me a new engine with 115,000kms before he even called me with the bad news .
All said and done I got a great deal on a engine swap, installed by a real professional .
The car drives like new now !
Hard earned Money well spent .
This guy has gone out of his way to help me and my family a few times since then and has stood behind every job and part .

Another great experience with Martin Automotive. Joel and the team always provide great service and they are knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. If you are looking for a great mechanic shop, search no further. Definitely recommend!

If you're looking for an honest mechanic, you've found him. As a female professional and mother, I have always found it increasingly difficult if not impossible to find an automotive shop that will treat me fairly, be honest with me and save me money whenever possible. Ever since my first oil change, Joel @ Martin's has been an absolute God sent. Joel is confident and knowledgeable and always gives it to me straight. I will never find a reason to go elsewhere.
