I bought a 2017 Sorento EX 2.0L Turbo in July 2017 and decided it's time for me to put a review in. I can't say enough about the vehicle, the Sorento is by far a top notch vehicle in my opinion. I would have to give it a 10 all around especially all the standard options that most other brands of vehicles won't supply unless you're buying their high end priced vehicles.
Enough said about the vehicle, just know that I have been a lifetime GM guy who's now a devoted Kia guy. What's really amazing is the way I got treated at Chilliwack Kia. Cody, the salesman was pretty amazing considering it took me over 2 months to make the decision to buy the Sorento, I was amazed that not once did he try to put down the competition. Chris Long, the manager was prompt and efficient the minute he found out what financial arrnagements I had in mind. Jerome, the current manager is also top notch with customers. Katrina, the service & parts gal goes way beyond to help customers, both Ashley, the detailer and Chuck the technician are also very helpful and know their stuff. I would say that Chilliwack Kia is definitely a big 10!!!response / report this review -

The customer service at Kia Chilliwack is ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING! It is obvious the staff care about their customers and go out of their way to make sure your experience is all that you hoped for in being SMOOTH and SEAMLESS while getting into an AMAZING new ride!
Thank you so much to Jerome, whose service made all the difference in my final decision to purchase and also to Cody and Michelle, all of you were so great!
To anyone considering a Kia, (which you likely are if you're reading this) PLEASE DO.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND not only the the impeccable service of the staff but also from what I have experienced thus far with my new car, the Kia brand stands up to its name of providing a HIGH QUALITY product.

Katrina has been fantastic and Milt super helpful in the service process. These people open themselves up to criticism from customers and management alike. They rarely hear when things are going well, mostly just the opposite. So I for one appreciate that they keep a level head.

I had the sales advisor named Cody Gerlich. He was so courteous, knowledgeable, and informative. All the staff were great!! Easy step by step process. I walked away with a 2018 Kia Soul not the best credit and i qualified!! I was shocked so thankful to no longer drive a lemon of a car. Got more then i ever expected with a few bells and whistles :) I highly recommend going to Kia Chilliwack if i was approved you can be too!!!

Cody Jerome and JJ made this experience completely painless and streamlined. It was made so simple friendly and professional. These guys are DEFINITELY amazing!!!! They got me into the car I wanted and with a fair trade in value. Awesome from start to finish!!!
