Only place I go to service my VW and Bus Staff always go above and beyond to not only get the job done but also to do it right. If you want to go somewhere where you truly feel like a valued customer go to Ralph's.

2015 Subaru Forester XT. Great service, checked everything I wanted them to and only did the services needed. Wolfe Subaru quoted me $800 for a "C" service, Ralph's did it for $90, can't beat that.

We were passing through Chilliwack and our Eurovan developed a fuel supply problem. When we got to his shop Ralph saw we were travellers and waved us in right away. He diagnosed the problem as an intermittent relay right away. Once the parts arrived we were back on the road again in minutes and had no further troubles all the way home. Thanks Ralph - you were really great! Beautiful shop - great service!

We brought our 2001 Chevy Express 3500 in first thing on Monday morning after having a breakdown on Sunday night and they got it in, diagnosed and fixed and had us back on the road before lunch. Honest service, and super helpful.

I am so glad I stopped in here today! BMW had quoted me almost $300 to get a car key with a new battery, but Ralph was able to pry my key open and replace the battery on his own all for a fraction of the price! Plus he let me use his microwave so that I could heat up my soup while I was waiting. Super friendly, family owned business - highly recommended!

My 02 Dodge Dakoda needed a new engine and Ralph's was able to find and install a used engine that was in better condition than the original engine. ALL the staff are friendly and efficient a highly recommended place to take any mechanical work.
