DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

We called Wally's towing to simply pull our back 2 wheels out of the edge of the ditch. When on site they suggested they need a second truck which will be by in a while. The first truck got set up while the other arrived a half hour later. The first truck was only on site for 1 hour and the 2nd truck was on site for a half hour simply to pull it forward 4 feet. Our bill was over $740.50 to be pulled forward 4 feet. The explanation I was given that it took 3 hours for both trucks. This is impossible when we were able to get stuck call the company wait for the 1st then 2nd truck to arrive be pulled out and drive to our drop off in Surrey all in under 3 hours recorded on our GPS, no to mention that the second truck how can the second truck charge the same amount as the first if it wasn't there for the first 30 minutes?

Dishonest company with absolutely no care when concerns about issues with proof being raised.
