  Most of the time dude customer service but drinks are good. Pretty overpriced though. Starbucks is much better for about the same price

  I would give this place a zero if it would let me. This place used to be excellent, but they have gone downhill horribly. Terrible service and attitudes from staff. There's a Starbucks just outside the mall. Go there instead.
