I have been coming to this walking clinic for the past 9 years and have been very satisfied with the experience but unfortunately this last two visits it has been a nightmare.
I waited for 3 hours and the doctor gave me attitude despite she didn't give me instruction to get a paper back and come back and sent me downstairs to get it just to take other patients who were after me. She did that two times and I only took literally less than a minute to return.
I will not be relying on this clinic anymore. For everyone who plans to come here, I suggest you to go to another walking clinic instead. It used to be good but the doctors are not pleasant anymore!response / report this review -

The website says " rated as Best walk- in clinic " . But experience is disappointing. No body picks up a phone call . There is no email id to communicate. The front desk is not ready to help patients. Even after high payment they dont give a quick Medical report . There is 1 hour waiting time.

Sometimes okay. Sometimes terrible. Got a crappy doctor and pediatrician last time I went. But before that had a great pediatrician help my baby when he was six months old. She was amazing. It's hit or miss here. Pharmacy there is overpriced but fairly fast and do good consults.

Went here to fill a prescription, the doctor I saw had NO idea what the medication I needed was. He literally asked me how to write the prescription. What kind of doctor does that!! This guy should not be a doctor. DO NOT GO HERE. I know it's the only place around open late but going to the hospital is your best bet. It'll be worth the wait.

I am a medical office administrator. I am highly disappointed with the service of the staff here (service like theirs is why I took the course to be the OPPOSITE). I came here from Toronto because of the flexible hours. Even then, it is NOT worth the travel. They do not keep copies your files, therefore not legally keeping a paper or electronic medical chart. The staff does not adequately inform patients on how to prep for appointments: I was having an ultrasound done and was not given instructions on how to prepare. I only knew because I'm trained to know myself. Scheduling is disorganized, and staff admin have no respect for patient confidentiality. As I was saying I had my referral sent, the front desk person was showing me other patients' referrals to prove they did not have mine. I've never seen such disrespect or disregard for patient confidentiality. I would NEVER recommend this clinic.

Was diagnosed with a common cold, told to take honey for it as if this were some hokey homeopathic clinic, charged $20 CASH for a doctor's note (work in food service so probably not a great idea to go into work sick).
Went to another clinic a few days later after getting nowhere with this "common cold", lo and behold it's a sinus infection.

I use to like this walk in clinic but I always have problems here, today a few minitues ago the staff was so rude saying that I don't understand what I have to do when I got instructions to get and ultrasound, they roll there eyes and say no this is not it says surgical and I explain that yes I just same back from the surgical doctor and he told me to make the appointment for ultrasound. The staff laughs in your face. Young people working that have no idea what they are doing. When I come with my daughter they send her to a family doctor not a pediatrician. Last week they sent me to a doctor had me waiting 15 minitues to later come back and say sorry this doctor isn't even working today.this place is terrible

Very Happy with the service here. Brought my in laws here to see the travel clinic doctor for my trip to Tanzania and Kenya. Doctor was very professional and explained all about those places as he has been there himself before.

In the late hours of 22nd June, I was taken by my cousin to this Walk in Centre from Burlington. I had a severe chest infection and felt quite ill. I can only commend the service I received from registration, to seeing Dr Iqbal and the on site pharmacy,. first visit was under the hour and the second visit was just over the hour. Every one was efficient, professional and courteous. Dr Iqbal was thorough and my condition was treated effectively with appropriate medications, as confirmed by him at a follow up visit on 27th. It was very reassuring to have a chest expert attend and understand my problems. Thank you one and all for enabling me to enjoy the next 10 days with my family in Toronto/Ontario,

Not a 5 star resort but a very busy walk-in clinic. Knowledgeable doctors providing good diagnosis without a ton of lab tests. Dr. Mehdi is a great Doctor!

Best Walkin Clinic - Experienced Doctors. Not sure why so much of negative reviews. We have been coming to this clinic for many years now, mostly during late evenings, nevet had to wait long. Doctors are all very experienced. Its a 40 minutes drive from my home, but its worth the drive.

Worst clinic in the whole Mississauga. Walked in with a new born and the staff is so no experienced that a new born shouldn't be kept with other patients as their tendency to getting germs are higher. After 45 the doctor realized that the baby should be kept separate. Moreover before bringing the baby in, I told the staff that if u need to fill out any forms let me know. And when I came in they said now you have to fill the form. Won't recommend this place to anyone. I can tell this place will cause a big hazard someday.

This is probably one of the worst walk in clinics I have ever gone to in my life. I have been there a few times only because it's open late when others close! But I always regret it instantly. Doctors are rude and don't seem to care about what is going on with you! They are quick to write a prescription without listening to you and then shoo you out the door. like your wasting their time. My husband has gone there as well and has said the same thing! Try to avoid this place unless your desperate and need to see a doctor at an odd time!

The wait will depend on the time you go. Dr. Ang is a great doctor.
The hours are very convenient. We have used this place instead of the hospital several times. My wife and son and I have probably seen 4 or 5 different doctors for different things, and never had a problem with any of them.
$40 for an eye exam is hard to beat.response / report this review
