First time home buyers and Colin was a complete dream to work with. It was definitely the most nerve-racking part of the whole process and he make it a lot less scary. 10/10 Highly recommended

First time home buyers, Collin was very good at getting all our paperwork in well ahead of time and responding to any questions within minutes sometimes. Spend most of our time waiting on the other party (wish they used Collin).
