Heidi was by far the best Mortgage Broker i have dealt with. the approval was very fast and no additional items or information was needed. she collected everything she needed right from the beginning and didn't have me constantly sending her stuff.

Buying my first condo, selling my condo and then buying my current house I could not have done it with the help of Heidi Dandurand and her team of experts. Dealing with Heidi was one of the best things about buying property. I would highly recommend her and her team at Mortgage Architects to any one needing a mortgage. In a heart beat I will use Heidi and her team at Mortgage Architects when I need another mortgage. I can't say enough great things about her and her team.

Heidi at Mortgage Architects went above and beyond to get us the best rate on the market with the numbers to prove it. She was very accommodating in working around our schedules and free time. She made the mortgage process quick and easy. I would highly recommend her for for your home buying agent

We had just moved to Red Deer and were looking at purchasing a new home. I don't remember how we found Heidi but I do remember how much we appreciated all of the help that she and her staff gave us. Her bright, friendly and professional personality really made us feel welcome and that we were in good hands. I cannot simply say that she did a good job helping us, she and her staff were fantastic and I have recommended her to many of my friends. Thanks again, Heidi

Heidi and her team were very helpful. I have had 3 mortgages with Heidi leading the way; I have found the process informative and hassle free, even when dealing with high debt ratios, etc. I would gladly do business with them again.
