  I had an amazing experience with Alexandra! She knows her stuff and was very friendly but not pushy. We managed to get a deal done quickly and I picked the truck up two days later and had a great delivery experience too! Highly recommended!

  We purchased a vehicle entirely online from Country Hills. It showed up on time and exactly as advertised. We dealt with Alexandra, Courtney and Ryan and all 3 were over the top with information and customer service.
  My wife and I are very impressed with the professional attitude and knowledge they provided not often seen these days.
  Highly recommended.

  We recent had an amazing experience from Mercedes-Benz Country Hills Calgary. Gaurav Sharma is sales person was pleasure to deal with and he made sure we were satisfied 100%. The dealership is very spacious, really nice and all staff seemed personable & professional.
  
  Also the after sales experience was excellent. If you go to Mercedes-Benz Country Hills to purchase a vehicle ask for Gaurav Sharma, he's professional, extremely knowledgable and very friendly. I would highly recommend him to all and will be a return customer for sure!

  My husband and I just bought a used 2019 Corolla Hatchback from here and had a great experience! The whole process went insanely smooth especially considering we were shopping from out of town!
  Abe was super helpful and provided great service from the start. He was quick to reply and we had great communication with him the whole time. He answered our questions and did a helpful walk-through video of the car for us.
  Courtney dealt with the money side of things for us and it was seamless! She was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Who knew the money part could be so easy?
  When we came in to pick up our car Adam walked us through the main features and answered any other questions we had about it. He was great to talk to.
  An added bonus is the bistro they have here! They serve delicious homemade food (even more things than what's on the menu so make sure you ask if you don't see what you're craving!)
  Thank you everyone for the wonderful experience we had, we would do it all over again!

  Best vehicle purchasing experience for us. Abe did a great job of outlining features and alternatives and was helpful in closing the sale. Courtney explained the warranty and prepaid maintenance options and Christina did a nice job of explaining the technical features at delivery. All very helpful without the expected sales pressure. I would recommend this dealer to friends and family.

  Incredible. From the lovely ladies at the front desk to the service department this dealership was prestine. The facility is beautiful, clean and there’s even a kids play area. The sales team is impeccably knowledgeable about all of their product and really take the time to explain everything to you. On top of that they were amazing to my kids and put my car seats into our demo for me when we took it out. They went above and beyond for me and I feel great to be a part of the Mercedes Benz Country Hills family.

  I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with this dealership. I noticed a gas smell from my vehicle and was concerned I had a gas leak. I called another Mercedes dealership and I don't feel that they took my concerns very seriously and offered me an appointment the following week since the only one they had left that week was one that happened to coincide on a day I was travelling (I called on a Monday). I called this dealership next and they not only shared my concerns and were sympathetic to why I wanted this looked at sooner than later, but they got me in the next day. When I brought the car in the staff was courteous and professional and I was on my way shortly via their shuttle service. They had a cafe in the dealership where I was able to grab one of the best breakfast sandwiches I have ever had, which was very convenient as I was running into the office. The shuttle service driver was great and further carried on the great experience and service I had received thus far.
  
  My car did end up having a gas leak and a part needed to be ordered, so I would not get my vehicle until the afternoon of the following day. Unfortunately, I had a trip to Edmonton planned where I needed a vehicle. They made an exception for me to take one of their rental cars (complete with winter tires) to Edmonton and back overnight. They truly went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and to ensure I was taken care of. The staff is amazing here and show that they know what quality customer service looks like. They do not have a stuck up attitude or treat anyone poorly due to their status as a luxury establishment. Well worth the extra distance to be taken care of, all of their actions show they appreciate their customers and their business.

  My wife and I visited country hills Mercedes recently and met Richard Elliott who helped us narrowing down our choices and through the process. I never had a more pleasant, friendly, professional and more importantly honest experience in car dealerships in my LIFE. Richard was simply amazing and not pushy. He was patient with us, stayed behind and late after work so my wife and I can test drives the vehicle. He just presented the facts, never pushed us toward our purchase, always replied to my email in timely manner with very useful information. Unfortunately, we decided to wait little longer before buying our new car but we will definitely go back to the country hills Mercedes and we will be buying the car from Richard. I highly recommend him to anyone who dreads going through the process of buying new car. He is one of kind and will surprise you with how genuine, professional, friendly, honest and courteous he is.
