  I am driving my second vehicle from Lexus of Royal Oak and continue to use their service department after years of excellent care. They are always professional, accommodating, and friendly. I would keep driving a Lexus forever not only for the quality of their cars but the service support. My husband bought a Mercedes SUV two years ago and the difference in our experiences both in the vehicles and the service totally supports my loyalty to Lexus.

  The customer service is always top notch, they reach out to ensure you are able to speak to them while your vehicle is in service, as well as after you have your vehicle back. One of my favourite services of theirs is the valet. They pick up my vehicle at my home and return to me there when the work is done. The drivers are polite and communicate well too, giving me a heads up when they're on the way.

  I was ecstatic to get the opportunity to upgrade my vehicle to the new 2020 Lexus RX350 from Lexus of Royal Oak! Their team is so attentive to their guests that they called me with an amazing upgrade opportunity I wasn’t even aware of, and got me into a way better vehicle and financial situation. I want to send a huge thank you to the entire team at Lexus of Royal Oak, especially Todd, Natasha & Alex Richardson for taking such incredible care of me! I also want to give a shout out to Adrian for setting me up with this beautiful ride and working his magic to get me a great deal! I’ve been with Lexus of Royal Oak for almost 8 years and couldn’t imagine working with a more qualified, caring and attentive team. Thank you for all you do for me!⁣

  Last time I was in for service, with an appointment for oil change, I was made to wait 3 hours for service to complete. 3 hours on Saturday, when I was told it was 1 hour thing. Part of the reason was apparently I needed to replace air filters.
  
  Also noticed slight dent on the hood afterward so I asked service advisor to follow up if possible. Never did hear back.
  
  They also disconnected the dash cam without notifying me. Apparently that's a policy which is fine, but at least tell me in advance or after service is done so I can remember to plug it back in. I was pretty disappointed.
