  I was very satisfied with the entire process of selling my home in very challenging market. Sameer was extremely helpful and understanding throughout the entire process. He was able to accommodate my needs and willing to discuss all my options. I would recommend Bridgedale Home Buyers as your first point of contact for your specialized real estate needs.

  For selling your home, this business seems great. But buying a home from them is awful! They redo homes with NO care for quality.
  
  Long story short, we are redoing almost everything in our home after they 'renoed' including pouring glue into the furnace, not doing the flooring correctly to the point where boards have come completely off, and getting paint over EVERYTHING (every appliance & the deck) and not even painting the things that were meant to be painted correctly! They didn't even bother to match the colour or finish of the touch up paint they used with the wall paint. They didn't bother to properly clean up the cat urine all over the basement, or to fill holes in the wall properly. They painted over things that should not have been painted and the paint is peeling off the walls/doors/hardware/etc in chunks. Extremely unimpressed.
  
  They only do things enough to trick people into thinking it is an acceptably redone home so they can sell it fast, when really you will end up with more work fixing their mistakes. The only point for them is they replaced the carpet professionally.
  
  I would NOT recommend buying from this seller. Their shotty work has lead me to resent my first home.

  Sameer was without a doubt amazing! I think everyone is skeptical when you see advertisements that state "yes we will buy your home, close in 5 days" Sameer and Bridgedale home buyers were the easiest people to deal with. They do what they say and work very diligently with you to get things done very quickly. They are more than accommodating, are very fair and do what they can to make the process of selling a home very stress free. We involved them with the sale of my parents home when they became medically compromised quickly and i am so glad we did. If you or a family member needs to have a quick solution to selling a home this company will exceed your expectations. They are definitely 5 star people and service. Thank you Sameer!

  I recently contacted Bridgedale Home Buyers with regards to my mobile home. Sameer was wonderful to deal with from the very first phone call right to the very end. He made sure I understood every bit of the transaction and went above and beyond.
  
  He paved the road to the successful sale of the home, even with some very unforeseen hiccups along the way.
  
  I would highly recommend Bridgedale Home Buyers and Sameer to anyone looking for a quick no pressure sale of their home.
