  Thanks to Gordon Woodman we found a dignified space for our counselling center. Our new space will inspire and bring wholeness to hundreds of Calgarians. As a result of Gordon's tenacity and exceptional service we found a bigger space with more amenities for less! Gordon is personable and takes the time to really listen to your needs.   Gordon is amazing. He is professional, very responsive, and efficient. He not only helped us find the office for a small professional private practice, but took care of the paperwork, leasing details etc. for us. He negotiated our final cost, our move in date and kept us sane amidst the pandemic and holiday season. I highly recommend him.

  John and the team at Bedrock helped the nonprofit agency I lead explore options and decide upon a new space to lease. John and his team worked with my leadership team and board with identifying and touring new spaces, meeting potential landlords, and negotiating deals. The Bedrock team was fanstastic to work with - they were very professional and advocated for our needs as a nonprofit, and went the extra mile when it came to presenting the final options to the board and supporting them in making their final decision. I would highly recommend John and the team at Bedrock, especially for folks in the nonprofit space. Thanks John!

  What a fantastic company! Gordon Woodman was so helpful in getting our lease renewed in a timely manner and with a great rate for the term, don't know what we would've done without him. I would recommend Gordon to anyone looking for assistance in lease renewal transactions! Thank you again for everything.
