  My daughter went to Shielo for manicure lash tint and body scrubshe was a bit under the weather before she went.. came home and felt so much betterwould highly recommend the services here will be back for sure

  It's a nice setting and the girls are very friendly but the pedicure was mediocre and not worth the price at all. I've gotten better pedicures for much less. Won't be coming here again.

  Been coming to this spa for a few years and it has steadily gone down hill. This last appointment I booked an eyebrow wax and tint along with a massage. The massage was good though not very peaceful in the cramped room with a small bed. The main issues were with the waxing, I have skin under both of my eyebrows missing. It's very painful and I won't be going back.

  The stylist did exactly what I specifically asked her NOT to do. I just wanted my ends trimmed with long layers but she gave me very short layers. It doesn't blend and it's about 5 inches shorter than my hair. Awful experience.

  I have always had great pedicures here. The aestheticians are professional and friendly. Today I tried lash extensions for the first time. After telling me that I had very few lashes she finished up and today me she was surprised how many lashes I had. I looked in the mirror and as a bit shocked at the voluminous result.
  
  I went on to have my amazing pedicure done and went to the till to pay. Despite their list of services quoting the price for lash extensions at $65, they charged me $100 without telling me. When I questioned them on it she said that extentions start at $65 and go up from there. Because I went for such a full look (which isn't really what I wanred) I got charged extra.
  
  They need to improve in their communication both between personnel and customers and in their marketing materials.

  Be careful who your hair stylist is because you may leave paying for $65 dollars for a hair cut done by a hair stylist who likes hide his mistakes on a shotty job he did. He left pieces the same length as my hair was before he cut itwho does that? Also with how the salon treated me and not even bother to call back and even feel the slightest concern about their clients..come on they have all our contact info. I had Aska cut my hair the first time there and I would give him 5 stars
