Terrible place. I went to have my gel nails to be removed. They charge $16 for the service. Process was very painful and apparently it was done by an inexperienced guy. My both hands' fingers were in severe pain for two days, then I went to see a doctor and he told me that I have severe infection. I am very positive that these people use same tools on everyone without disinfecting.

Very sad about my last visit - I usually go to a different lady, but she was on vacation. I asked for ombre nails (like I did the last 4 times). The lady that was doing my nails this time took way longer than my regular lady and results unfortunately are terrible. She filed too much on one hand - you can se holes in the white acrylic where it should be smooth transition between two colours, you can actually see a line where white acrylic ends Not too professional Also she charged me more than the other lady I mentioned this but they said this is the regular price for ombre $52.00 whereas I paid $40.00 for fill in of ombre prior to that

Went in for a pedicure acrylic set and eyebrow threading or so what I thought ! I asked to get my eyebrows threaded and when she told me to close my eye I went up to hold the upper part of my eye and she smacked my hand away and smeared wax on it first of all I don't get my brows waxed and second the wax was so hot I woke up this morning with my eyebrows red and some pieces of skin are missing. The lady who did my brows and pedi was so rude and unprofessional didn't say two words. The guy who did my nails was talkative but to busy watching tv and was talking about buttholes at one point ? Will never be going back again weren't even worth the 5$ tipnot even worth one star in my opinion

I've been going here since early 2000s. Excellent service & quality work. Ask for Lily if you're into nail art. She's very talented!

Terrible treatment today. The eyelash technician was a guy who I never had before and he kept hurting my eyelids while he worked on them.. something I never experienced but I let it go becuase my lashes were beautiful regardless. Then I had an issue with my card and they kept trying to take my phone while I was trying to figure out my card issue, apparently there have been a lot of scams but that is no reason to try and take my phone, I wasn't even trying to leave! On top of that another customer kept chiming in saying that they should call the police on me.. I know they can't control other customers but I've been going here for years and I'm a customer too and they allowed her to just yell things. The whole ordeal was so embarrassing that I couldn't help but tear up as I left when my card did finally work. I'm sadly never coming here again as this was the worst service I have ever had.

Yesterday I had Thai take my old nails off and replace them. I had gotten coffin nails 2 weeks before at another salon and they were horrible. This time the shape of the nail, the color the the whole process made me so happy. The are the BEST nails I have ever had. He was very friendly and made to appointment enjoyable. I will definitely be back again soon. Thank you

Not even deserving of the one star. The technician doing my nails got mad at me for not having a design picked out and ready to go before my appt even started, he was pushy and telling me what he's going to do to my nails, he wouldn't let me choose the design. He treated me like he thought women are stupid and can't make decisions on our own, clearly we need his expert manly advice on nail designs. Then while doing my nails he never even bothered to grind them down just glued them on, left them super fat and awkward looking, and was literally 5 mins each nail as tv was more important. So to sum it all up I paid for rude service, fat ugly nails with a design I didn't choose and or want. Never going here again. Trust me Beauty nail salon in guildford way better service and awesome designs that you get to choose.

Terrible!!!! The lady took off a whole layer of my skin off my toe. I was bleeding badly. Afterwards she offered me $5off service. I could not believe it. Im headed to emergency room. This is the worst place anyone who goes there after this review is crazy. Terrible customer service. Rude and money hungry, greed driven. Too worried about a dollar to give good service.

This place does not sanitize their foot basins! Dirty every time. Cleanliness standards are very low in general, just look at the bathroom. Thet also have bad service. I've been here 3 times and never get greeted or acknowledged, make appointments but still have to wait like 20 minutes. Wanted to give them a 3rd chance as location and price are good, but they suck.

Shellac generally lasts for about 2 weeks or so depending on how you use your hands in that time. It's been 2 weeks and 3 days today since I got a Schellac manicure. Lifting and slight chipping has begun but otherwise they did a great job. Staff was friendly, I've taken my mom there too and she enjoyed it and we both would definitely recommend Fusion to any friend or family.
