Ordered one of each, was not disappointed. There's a reason why the waiting list is so long for Miku. The food is worth the wait. Plus you can explore the waterfront area and they'll give you a call once your tables ready.

Used to love Miku when I went 1-2 years ago. Came here a few weeks ago for a fancy Saturday night birthday dinner and was shocked at how the calibre of the place has gone way down. People dressed in sweatpants and hoodies ruined the ambiance completely. Despite having a reservation for 8pm, we weren't taken in until 8:20. The waiter recommended the coconut cooler cocktail - it was so strong and totally undrinkable.. The waiter did not seem approachable and very rarely came to check up on us and thus i was stuck with paying for this awful beverage. For a bill over $100 this was not the experience I expected from Miku. Despite all this, the sushi itself was of course top notch, but I would no longer recommend this as a go-to for special outings

The food and service here are excellent. Recommend calling ahead and making a reservation if they say it's busy since it can fill up fast. I go to a lot of sushi places and Miku is definitely my top pick when it comes to the food and the service. Highly recommend if you're looking for something good and don't mind paying a little extra. I've yet to order anything on their menu that I haven't enjoyed.

We had an amazing experience at Miku this evening - very attentive service for our double birthday celebration. All our food was delicious with such attention to detail. The dessert platter was a lovely way to end our meal together with such a diverse range of flavours and visual delights.

A unique sushi experience. The premium lunch was delicious. Great atmosphere and service. Everyone was friendly and helpful in explaining the menu. Not your average sushi restaurant. Definitely worth a visit!

There's a very good reason this place has so many 5-star reviews! My wife and I dined here with friends on Sep 3rd, 2017 and utterly enjoyed the experience from beginning to end. The menu was interesting, the food amazing, and the service absolutely top notch. I was particularly impressed with the service of manager Aaron M. There was a slight delay between courses at our table for some reasonhonestly, we hadn't even really noticed it yetbut the manager did. He intervened before it even became an issue to insure that every bit of our experience at his restaurant was untarnished. I've never seen a manager so proactive and on-pointtruly a professional. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone visiting Vancouver who wants an amazing sushi meal.

Sushi at its best! The atmosphere is awesome with great views and an open kitchen. The service is extremely friendly and Andy extremely knowledgeable, answering all questions. The food was the best sushi I ever had. Try the selection platter.

Possibly one of the best Sushi places in Vancouver. It is pricey but to me it's worth it to get the quality. Their oshi sushi is like no other. I've tried other places and theirs just doesn't match up. Plating is so visually appealing and the food matches to the visual presentation. Parking in the area is expensive (meters are $6 an hour) and there is usually a long wait if you're there for dinner so try to make reservations!

Very tasty spot for lunch. I usually come here for work lunches and the food is always top notch. We shared the calamari which was really good and then the sablefish (incredible). Waits at lunch can be long so doing lunch in an hour can be challenging. The spot has great views and would be a good place for tourists to try. It is expensive for sushi but it is unique and of much higher quality than a normal sushi joint.

Worth a visit to see what the fuss is all about. The service is excellent and the presentation is always visually appealing. It's a little pricey but this is an upscale Japanese fusion restaurant. I do like the taste of aburi sushi but often find it odd when I eat sushi that isn't cold. But that's just my personal preference.

Excellent service! This isn't your typical sushi restaurant. The waiter remembered my fiancé and I from our last visit almost 2 months ago and knew what we ordered! All staff are very friendly. The prices are a bit expensive but you definitely get what you pay for here.

Went there around 9:30-10PM, there were open tables and we got sat at a bar. I asked the lady from front desk if we could get seated at a table and it took her at least half hour to get back to me, while waiting we decided to order our food and took them so long to take our order. We got frustrated about the service and said to go Mcdonald's instead as they give better service than what we're getting while we were there, but instead we will give them a chance, I should have listened to my guts. There were 3 tables in the server's area, we even asked other server to get our food and but still got too little attention, they did not even have the initiative to check in on us or give us water. Lastly, it took them another half hour to give our bill. I was pissed and I was going to walk to the front and just pay there as our night was ruined by your servers. It was the worst customer service ever, and I've had bad ones but this is the worst.
This should not ever happen to anybody and because of this, we are never coming back and better off eating at other authentic Japanese restaurants in Vancouver.

One of the best sushi restaurants I've ever visited. They have very thoughtful dishes and will personalize your order if you need to. Great atmosphere and service too.

Had the best sushi of my entire place. Very cool location on the waterfront, great vibe inside, cool architecture and design, AND.Amazing sushi!! Our server James is worth requesting. He was friendly and confident and steered us in the right direction. Our meal was pricey, but after I ate what I did, I wanted to pay more! It was that good. He also would suggest drink pairings, and described the meal process of each piece we ate. We had the 6 course meal (I think it was called Azburi??) and it was worth every penny. Go here and enjoy!
