Abode is a quiet (not too loud of music) and well lit restaurant which makes it a great restaurant for a working breakfast or lunch. It isn't right in the downtown core, but close enough to Burrard that one can walk there.

Food is great and it is inexpensive. Service is quick and servers are friendly.

Ate here while staying at the attached Blue Horizon Hotel. Their breakfast was great, just what I was looking for on a day of travel. I had the eggs benny of the day and my boyfriend had the classic benny. The service was a little cold, but really not a big deal. They had a lot of booth seating which is a big plus for me!

Good pancakes. Wife got the breakfast burrito, which was plenty big. Service was attentive and quick with the coffee refills. Would go again.

Discovered this restaurant whilst wandering around Vancouver and ended up eating there 3 times at start and end of 2 week roadtrip.

Good was really good and also catered for our specific requirements (plain food) without any fuss.

Excellent atmosphere, well lit, plenty of floor space. Friendly waiters, pulled pork hash is absolutely delicious. Highly recommended for brunch!

Nothing special here in term of originality, but what is being served is very well done. The service is good and the ambiance relaxed. Added to that the affordabily, is a place I would recommend and definitely go back.

Lovely restaurant for brunch. Relaxed, cheerful, and bright. Very kid friendly and good staff. This is a hotel restaurant. Nice patio!

We (3 of us) had breakfast yesterday, plenty of food and tasty. Came back today for a late night meal, almost 9:30 pm. We all chose the salmon chowder - wonderful! Add in a great cocktail and the music and there's really no reason not to put this place as a must stop eatery.
