Over the past 3 years we have purchased 3 vehicles from Mercedes Benz North Vancouver. We service all our Mercedes there, as well. We have been thoroughly satisfied with both our sales and service experience. We want to single out Maurice Beasant, our salesperson, who did a superb job of finding the right vehicles for our needs and getting us an excellent deal on those vehicles. He listens carefully and takes the time to understand what you are looking for and then bends over backwards to find you the right vehicle at the right price. He is also a great resource for figuring things out in these new high tech vehicles after you have purchased. Whenever a question arises he is happy to help. He is very knowledgeable about the technology and functions of the whole line of vehicles. In addition, he is a low-key, no pressure kind of salesperson with a down-to-earth manner which we were very pleased with. We would not hesitate to go to him again the next time we purchase a Mercedes.

Ian and Tim are the best service advisors among the Mercedes group in the Lower Mainland.

At this dealership, the only thing better than the quality of Mercedes-Benz cars was the level of service excellence. Sales consultant Terry Ng exceeded my expectations - professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. It's one of the main reasons I ended up purchasing my Mercedes here. All members of the team - from reception, to body/service, to finance department - were warm and friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I will definitely be returning when it's time for a new vehicle and will not hesitate to recommend this dealership to family and friends.

Having sold my vehicle, my wife, daughter and I went into the Mercedes Benz dealership in North Vancouver looking for a car to purchase quickly. Maurice Beasant spent time and helped answer all our questions that evening. Honestly speaking, we were car shopping and weren't sure that we would purchase a Mercedes, however, the service Maurice provided was nothing short of fantastic. I was able to pick up my new E400 cabriolet the following afternoon. Maurice went above and beyond to ensure that the vehicle was ready for delivery. He even helped me source a set of winter tires and a few accessories which he delivered to our home. All I can say, is his service was exceptional and I will strongly recommend Maurice to anyone in the market for a Mercedes.

My husband and I just got Mercedes Benz ( GLK 250 ) from North Van. we really appreciated to the sales man, MR Maurice Beasant who provide us everything in details of the Car to make sure that we can have the best experience. Maurice sat down in the car with us and spent up an hour going through everything. He show us how to use all of the new technology, and he also set up voice recognition, Navigation, phone, etc. He also mention that if i had any queries at all, i could just phone him and ask for more info. Maurice is a great guy, and i have recommenced him to my friends and families, if they are thinking of purchasing a vehicles. I brought my car in to be repaired, when it was returned the interior was damaged in two places. When I brought this to the attention of the service manager he dismissed my concern and said there was nothing they could do because the workers didn’t touch inside of my car. I felt like my concern were being dismissed and they didn’t believe me. I didn’t feel like a valued customer. I CAN NOT recommend this company specially if you bought a previously owned vehicle. Whether bought my car brand new or previously owned I should be treated with respect and curtesy. Customer is customer!!!

My husband and I appreciated the level of knowledge of the staff at Mercedes Benz North Vancouver. We were treated like family while all of our concerns were addressed. It was our first time walking in to the Mercedes Benz dealership and we ended up purchasing, exactly, what we had in mind.
