I want to thank the team of Open Road Toyota especially Shane Gelhede who helped me find a great Toyota Corolla which not only met my needs, but was within a budget I could afford He and the finance officer worked hard to get me the best deal I could hope for. I brought my car there to service last week, when it was finish the cashier went over the report with me and said they check three of my tires psi but didn't check the fourth because it had a different colour cap on. I find that funny and pathetic. It's almost like a doctor refuse to take a look at me because I dye my hair different colour. I can't wait to receive Toyota Canada review! I have owned over 6 Toyota and I will for sure never to buy or service any of my Toyota at open road ever again.

Nice and clean location. Most of the people we encountered here were nice and polite and were very helpful. Our sales agent was Jake Church. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to show us several cars and arranged a test drive of the ones we were interested in and finally sealed a great deal. We were there to take a look at some cars but ended up trading in our 2010 Toyota Corolla with a 2015 Toyota Camry. After we noticed the extra set of keys were missing, they couriered the keys to us the next day. I'd definitely refer clients to Jake as he was genuine and helpful and that made a difference for usthanks to Leyla who patiently processed our transactionS! :)

Outstanding sales folks each time I purchased a car here; once last year and another this week. Both were friendly and willing to negotiate. Available for follow-up after sales as well
In addition, their service staff are All very helpful ; the person who familiarized me with the car; the warranty professional, the car insurance professional, the excellent mechanic who fixed the irritating reverse beep in my Prius V just today; the friendly shuttle bus driver who took me to the mall to kill time; the office staff who organized a kind driver to pick me up at the mall when I missed the shuttle by two minutes. Thank you All!

I had a great car shopping experience with Shane(Product Advisor) and Alex(Finance Manager). They are really listen what's our need, our concerns and gave us a lot of advice. Shane know very well about cars and can give us good analysis at different stages of our car shopping process. He is very patience, friendly, didn't feel any pressure at all. Alex is very knowledgeable and clearly explain our best option of finance. They are real professional and easy to talk with! Highly Recommended !

The reason I go to Toyota time and time again is because of Toyota personnel like Alex Chan, Financial Services Manager, Who listens and acts in the best interest of Toyota and the customer like me. I expect fairness not a free ride and that was delivered during my recent purchase interaction with Alex. My most recent visit to OpenRoad Toyota was to service my Corolla. Booking my appointment over the phone was a breeze. The staff at the dealership were welcoming and friendly. I ventured my way around the sales floor while waiting for my car and was surprised that I wasn't pressured into buying a new car. Overall a great experience. Will recommend to others.

A couple of months late but better late than never. I went in to have my Toyota serviced and I was blown away by the service and the experience. The service rep met with me right away and the process was quick and easy. There was a relaxing place to sit with my daughter where there were displays, pictures and electronics to keep my daughter entertained while I was waiting for the
oil change. I highly recommend Toyota Richmond service centre to have your car serviced.

Bought a brand new corolla just last week. My salesperson Henry was really nice and not pushy at all. Explained all the different packages of the Corolla and matched the one that most suited my needs. When delivering the car, he thoroughly went over and made sure I understood and knew how to use all the new features and technologies of the car as my previous vehicle was from 2005. Overall great purchase experience, highly recommend OpenRoad Toyota Richmond and Henry in particular!
