Service guys were very helpful. I have an Audi company car which required a special process to order snow tires. They were very helpful and I had my snow tires installed a couple of days later. The free car wash and vacuum was a nice touch too.
We had a great experience with visiting this dealership and our employee picked up a lovely black on brown 2018 Audi A4. Very professional and positive experience at this location!
This place unfortunately is a complete joke service dept. cant quote prices, they get confused w appointments, service advisors NEVER call me back random hangups wowthis is AUDI? no its a KIA
H.Gill is a complete embarrassment to Audi he acts like a big boy but in reality he is a low grade salesman. BEWARE
--->skip this dealership run; building looks great on the outside, inside we have a dead crew with bad management
I was very impressed with my visit at Boundary Audi parts department. Although they were not able to rectify my problem with a part I purchased from Calipano Audi, they exhausted all options, checked with all departments and offered to assist me with a small discount on the part. Houman was very attentive and helpful. Highly recommend this dealer.
I'm a service manager at a dealership. We had an Audi S4 that needed the service light reset. I talked to Christina Ng in service and she informed me that this needs their scan tool. She was able to take the vehicle in right away and also took care of an outstanding recall while the vehicle was there. Christina kept me informed and sent a shuttle once the vehicle was completed. Great service, I would hire her!
Great new building! Amazing staff! A really positive experience every time I have visited. It is a premium facility and you get what you pay for!
Sales people get 4.5 stars but overall the dealership is a 3.0
I decided to cancel my order and purchase a different vehicle. No problem! Except the refund of the deposit ($1,000) has not been processed quickly. Most dealerships will refund you and it's back on your card in no more than 36 hours (this was the case for me twice this year at other dealers who were taking refundable deposits on a specific vehicle I was looking for in many places at once). For OpenRoad it has been 7 business days and counting. I asked and was told 7 days, then when that deadline passed it became 10 days. I wonder if that will turn in to 30?
The sales person's reply when I asked for a solution by the end of the day was to contact the business office because it's their problem not his
For such a magnificent dealership they do not have a very good credit card processing system. Maybe if I had UnionPay and bought a new Q7 every 6 months to ship back home I would be taken care of promptly.
Radio was locked out in safe mode. I called open road Audi and was told by service reception there would be no charge and as I already had my radio serial number it would be easy and could be done anytime. They even told me who to ask for at the Burnaby dealership- Darren. When I got there I was told there was a half hour charge even though I had my radio serial number because they had to plug it into a computer. After relaying what I had been told by service reception on the phone Darren got me hooked up and complete without charge very quickly. These people know what service means. When the time comes that I'm ready to lease or buy a new Audi I will definitely get it here and not from the thieves at Langley Audi. Well worth the drive and bridge tolls. Thanks to everyone there.
My father recently signed a contract for a 2017 Q3, but when he got home the sales representative called to advise that the car was no longer available. In my opinion this is ridiculous as we had already placed a $5,000 payment towards the vehicle as outlined on the finance agreement. The representative did not tell us it was subject to availability nor was it outlined in any paper document. He did advise that he told us this fact during the signing of the contract, but it would be a difficult thing for four people to overhear. It seems deceptive to have sold a car that they did not even have , although they told us this is normal practice. Audi had told us the car would be ready to pick up on Wednesday four days after the contract was signed.
Through the phone they pushed the same Q3 in a different colour but lower model as well as the 2018 Q3 in a higher finance rate. When asked the reason we were told by the representative the car was sold at the port, while the sales manager told us it was human error as the inventory was not updated. The sales manager kept his composure through our face-to-face meeting but did not do his due diligence until the end of the conversation where he attempted to search the rest of the country for the car. He welcomed us to purchase the car elsewhere if we were able to find it - which seemed passive aggressive.
This was overall a poor experience for us, and although we got our refund we feel like we've been deceived. It is even laughable because we were told that if this situation was reversed and we did not want the car after the agreement was signed, they would issue a refund on a non-refundable payment. After reading many reviews on similar situations it did not seem like the case.
We want to warn other potential buyers of this issue. Please be careful not to get your hopes up too early because the disappointment is hard to deal with.
Impressive facility and show room. However, the sales associate was not honest as he was trying to sell a pre-own vehicle as a demo until asked to see the car, which was not available (but priced as a new/demo car). BUYERS BEWARE!!
Buying. Use Charles. Service use Dragos. Top notch service. Experienced staff. Any problems they take good care of there clients. Stay away from downtown audi. Does not compare.
We just purchased an Audi A4 are very pleased with the service and professionalism from all of the dealership staff. Luke was our sales associate. He was excellent to deal with and we would definitely recommend him to others. If possible I would give him 11 out of 10!! Nice work Open Road Audi team!
This is an amazing brand new facility. It's spacious, airy and inviting inside. The spaces are well organized, with three levels. A well designed and inviting space means good spirited and happy employees. At least, that's what I perceived when I discussed servicing for my A4 at the service department. I dare say that this is the best car dealership venue I have ever been. (Thanks for your friendly tour of the facility!)
This place takes great care of their customers. Always keeping them in the loop about everything going on with their car purchase. Luke was my sales guy and he is truly amazing and makes things happen. I was trying to find the perfect Audi and he made that happened. He found a car that was everything I dreamed of. They always have beverages and snacks and always ask if they can get you something. You feel like family when you are at Audi Openroad. Everybody that works at Audi is so friendly other car dealership I find aren't as friendly. Definitely recommend anyone to buy an Audi and especially from Luke!
