Room smelled strongly of cigarettes. Bathroom floor was dirty. Entrance floor was sticky. The door would rattle with the wind. Beware of the curtains when turning on the heating unit. Make sure they do not fall down as they might start to smoke up. Often heard yelling throughout the night. Not the fault of the inn, however hints at what to expect. The pillow cases come from a variety of different institutions. Crumbs on the table upon arrival. On a positive note the front desk attendant was friendly and beds were comfortable. If you simply want a cheap place to crash for a night, sure go ahead.

Not the cleanest or most up to date, but that's what you get for the cheapest motel in St. Catharines (although $80 with a promo code is still not very cheap.) It did the trick for a last minute decision to get a place to stay after a night out, so we didn't have to worry about driving to our out of town home, but I wouldn't recommend for a vacation. The staff were also not the friendliest, and when I was handed my debit receipt after checking out, I was straight up ignored when I asked if I would get a receipt for the room. Then I was brushed off. I may stay there again if I am in desperate need of a place to stay, but I wouldn't make a point of staying there.

This place was disgusting, the rooms reek of cigarettes (all the rooms). I specifically requested a non smoking room and every single one was disgusting. The washroom was dirty and the bathtub was filthy, the sheets were not fresh what so ever. Over all I would give this place a one, but because of the staff it's a two. Highly disappointed, I do not recommend this place to anyone that likes to be in a clean environment. This place is for grimy chain smokers.

The room seems to be getting improvements. It has new paint, new carpet, a nice mini fridge and microwave and a great air-conditioner. However, the extra locks we're broken and one of the faucet handles was broken. Both items I was not warned about but told the office already knew about when I informed them. Since I paid over $200 for the room that was unacceptable. The $60 advertised on their sign would have been more appropriate.

Mainly 3 stars because I know there are places that are better or worse. Internet was ridiculously fast, lots of parking, room was clean. Heater did not work but they immediately brought in a portable heater and it was dandy. The room was indeed renovated so some photos may not be up to date.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. The man behind the desk was racist, talked about building a wall to keep people out of our country. The room we were in was beyond dirty; it had not been cleaned since who knows when. There was garbage everywhere, remains from when somebody had changed a doorknob were on the floor. there was a SHOP VAC in the room, middle of the floor. the bathroom looked like frat boys had been in it, and the floors were sticky. checked out ASAP. Was not given a refund, nor comped for the horrible room. I do NOT recommend this place, not calling it a hotel, to anybody. Don't bring children here. spend an extra 10$ and get a room somewhere else. the price is not worth the room.

The rooms looked alright, I wasn't there for long. I did a food delivery to a client at the inn so my judgement is only based on appearance. The location is right off the highway which is very convenient and is close to a lot of restaurants.

Basic hotel room, a little out dated but still works. Stayed for 5 days and the staff were very accommodating. Would stay there again.

Nice place. Nice clean room. Friendly staff. Lots of parking. Comfortable. Good water pressure. "2 sinks". We had a nice nights sleep. Was given some coupons to local winery's.

Decent rooms, free wifi and continental breakfest was offered. The hotel room was also a decent price. Very nice people .

Rooms are dirty and the odor of cigarette can be smelled from a mile away. Customer Service is way too bad. Also, make sure to pay in cash as they allow themselves to take the safety deposit amount in case of a mistake without even letting you know. I had to call just to understand why I was charged more than what I had to pay and the manager was quite rude and unprofessional.
