  I love that customers are provided towels before going to the buffet and then again at the end. Lots of variety, the food was warm and delicious which was appreciated as we were there for a birthday celebration. The staff were extremely attentive and always made sure we were looked after.

  We recently had a party of 27 attend for a birthday. I would like to make a comment in regards to the infant policy you have. One couple with us brought an infant child who is 14 months old. The restaurant actually CHARGED for the child to attend the buffet. This is ridiculous in my opinion. You have adults who are consuming as much as they want for $28, and you charge $2 for an infant under 2 yrs old to each 2 french fries. Tsk tsk

  The best reason to go here it that it’s clean!!! They hand out hot cloths to clean everyone’s hands. This means when you go to the buffet everyone in the restaurant has clean hands. The food is diverse, allowing your guests a wide choice of foods. It makes a good choice for groups sharing a meal together. I also enjoyed the fact that the staff gave us the perfect amount of attention.

  Friendly service, excellent service. Good selection of different foods. No onion rings though and ran out of lamb being getting any. It’s expensive but you get what you pay forlots of food, selection, and the friendliest service.

  I went with my family yesterday and i cant eat.the all u can so i asked for a menu and it took over 30mins to get it and then another 20mins for them to take my order! When i got it it wasn't right at all and then had to wait again and then still didn't get it right!! When the bill came they wanted me.to pay and i said no i want a discount since i didnt get my meal i order and was still waiting for the item missing! Took another 15mins till a manager came and he was gonna only take off the taxes i said no i didn't get what i ordered and will not pay $15 for half of a meal! Then it.took another 10 mins till i wad honered half!! U will not see me back there again very poor service for ppl that cant eat all u can buffe!!!

  Charging $16 for a 5 year old is just stupid. Should be a different price range for that young. Won’t go back for that price.

  Went yesterday for lunch for my son's birthday. Lunch is a better option for price compared to dinner. Staff was very attentive and options were fabulous.

  My husband and I had been at an event and hadn't had supper yet. Stopped in to the Mandarins at 9:30 pm on a Saturday night. The food was a little dry like it hadn't been touched in a while. Waiter never came back after the initial greeting and I felt kind of rushed as the staff were taking food away and cleaning up. They closed at 10:30pm I understand but you think they could wait u til 10:30 to take the food away.

  Went with my family to celebrate my brother's birthday. We were in room C. Our server was Lee, who was fantastic, especially after we asked to move closer to the fish tank so that my young nephews could enjoy watching the fish while they ate. Food was excellent and the service was great. We will be back in Dec for my son's birthday! It's his favourite restaurant!

  Hello want with my two girls last night to celebrate one of there achievements in the arts . it was her choice to go there as normally
  
  it is great not last night . we arrived at 7:25 . We were seated in the E room waiter was Maverick. After the hosted seated and introduced her self and before Maverick came we had to move to the table beside us because our forks were all bent and the table clothes was filthy.
  
  The food for example the baked salmon was dry and tasted as it was sitting there all night .
  
  Sushi was was very try as well and tasted as it was sitting out all night and as the girls said the ice cream was melted in there bowls before they got back to the table. Our server was very slow and not very approachable. I can maybe see if the place was busy but it was not . I asked for a refill on my ginger ale it came 10 plus minutes later .. not a very good experience overall for what was one of our favorite spots to go

  HORRIBLE and dirty! Food stations never wiped, sauce was empty both time I went up 20 mins apart. Came back to our table and plates were still there. All the staff standing around instead of refilling the food! Crab legs were empty twice we went up and yet staff just standing around! Forget about the restrooms they were bad. NEVER GO BACK. the worst Mandarin I've been to date! Head office needs to look into this one!
  
  
  
  Oh and it looks like they don't care because they don't even acknowledge the reviews as I see many bad one's with no apologies or comments! Just show's they could care less!

  Great place. great for your money's worth. Even the attendants are very nice and welcoming. Spend as much or as little time depending on your appetite. Great everything. salads, mains, desserts. Even where little ones dont want to try too much, they have pizzaalmost everything under the sky.sushi collection is great too. The greatest collection is of desserts.. and they are small portions. So you can try as many as you want and we always have a great time. WE went yesterday, on a saturday and they had their Chinese New Year going on. The Manager gave each one of us a lucky coin. it was so cute and so nice to personally come to our table and have one for every single one of us. Who does that? Like seriously. my 3 year old loved it. I would recommend making reservations specially for weekends and inner time. Just one phone call and no hassels. You dont have to wait in long lines. cuz trust me. this place is always busy as it is great. keep up the good work

  Had birthday party , It has every type of food you could imagine and not only was the price exceptional but very fresh and tasty. The desert buffet was just as rewarding as the may course.

  Had my Clients Appreciation Event last Sunday. What a great service!!! The Manager Joey Wong and his crew were absolutely amazing and made sure everyone was looked after. We had about 65 people and the whole event was what I was hoping for! Thank you for the great hospitality! I will most likely do it again next year in there! 😊

  Last year we showed up at Mothers day no reservations with my parents from Ottawa and they were able to take us in without hesitation !!! Fantastic Manager and owner and staff !! They are very helpful and willing to fur fill your evey need to make your visit and meal more enjoyable.. I just ate there yesterday for my daughter Birthday and she had a fantastic time..The food is always fresh and lots of choices..Our family love your restaurant chain..We have been to your Kitchener location ,Mississauga and also Ottawa and its always fantastic all around !! thank you Mandarin !!!!

  My Husband and I decided to eat at the Mandarin Friday evening and besides the fact of being "fat belly stuffed", our waitress Amy was wonderful and our food was delicious.
  
  Plus the staff that was around us were very friendly and polite. 5 stars goes to the kitchener/ cambridge Mandarin for a lovely night out with my husband.

  We went for our daughters birthday. The gentleman serving is brought a cupcake with a candle and sang for them. The team is very attentive. We got there right for open because it does get busy. No problems parking, however some of the salad items were still frozen. This will not deter us from going again thoit was a great dining experience

  Superb service. Had family from out of town that weekend and after a long day from family events Mandarin it was to end our day. Food was awesome so was our wait staff. Very attentive. Keep up the good work guys and gals.
