  It was my first time, it was so busy I had to wait 30 minutes which I didn't mind, our waitress was very polite and friendly the food was excellent and tasty,
  
  I give them five stars ⭐️ ⭐️️⭐️️⭐️️⭐️️ bathrooms not that clean unfortunately customers are to blame too
  
  much toylette paper on floor, but overall I enjoyed the
  
  food and warm pleasant atmosphere.
  
  Thank you I definitely will come back.👍

  The soft serve icecream was bland. It just tasted like frozen milk. I find that the waitress was too quick to offer us coffee to end our meal. I was there with my husband and two grandchildren. The shrimp still had veins in them. Ate a couple of chicken wings and the ends smelled and tasted rank. My husband said his cut up fruits were not fresh. He saw crabs, duck and lobster on their website and when we got there these items were not served on the buffet.

  Visited this location a couple of times along with the ones at high way 27 noticed quite a few items not there any more like the snow crab and some other sea food. The service was ok. There is always room for improvement.

  I wish they would still have the snow crab legs Unfortunately they don't. :-(

  I think the Mandarin is a fabulous place to eat.lots of variety. ..just dissapointed they removed the snow craband calamari salad.but overall good.

  My family party of 12 was placed for lunch at 12:30pm in room C already full of a convention of over a hundred revellers complete with their own sound system, yelling and screaming. The isles were blocked by seating at the ends of tables making it impossible to access the buffet. The conventioners pushed their way through the isles with their rear ends plucked on the plates of our party bumping into us as they tried to get by those seated on the table end next to us. Complaint to management resulted in the sound system being turned off but that just made them yell louder. Impossible to converse with even the person across the table the noise was so loud and raucous. The food was good but many items had empty trays the crowd was so large the staff could not keep up.very difficult to move among so many people. Never had such a negative experience at Mandarin. For a bill of $300 I expect a better experience than we receivedwill not be back.

  No wifi, had reservation at 130pm showed up on time. waited in a crowded line at the door for 30 mins . food was ok but not healthy service is the only reason you got 1 star

  This time is so bad ��� service look like they don't need people come who care who you are. The kids want to sit at fishes area, the service said : NO you have to sit at the place we give you if no you have to wait. talk and put one hand up and down moving my chair (I am sitting there ) . The table too tooooo small for 4 people � table for 4 and 2 peoples the same size. .. that is not enough room for put the . Even people walk through can have room or free way to go. . I saw that happened. .. sorry have to say that. anyway I will not come back again ���

  Everything was awesome the food was awesome has always the people wonderful always there to take plates away keeping our glasses full of water making sure our pop was good at all times for sure they did a great job at all times. I took my grandson Matthew there for his 12 birthday he loves your restaurant I took him there last year has well.thank you to all the staff for everything and singing to him and we loved the picture.

  I was looking forward to celebrating my sister's birthday on April 10 with my parents and family. The food was great. Unfortunately I had the misfortune of being stuck by one of the staff pushing a trolley full of dishes. I get it.accidents happen. The complete lack of concern after the fact was less then satisfyingly. It was chuckled off..and the bill.that I wasn't even paying for was reduced to a kids meal. 5 bucks. Whoopee. Thank you for your concern.

  I always liked the Mandarin. Best buffet.
  
  Buffet counter always kept clean. Great selections of food.
  
  The group of people I was with ; were great company too. Helps enjoy your meal & much more.
  
  Beautiful decorated & bright & cheery.

  That atmosphere was great and the crab legs Mmmmmmm mmmmmmmm! Had a great time with friends there food was hot and fresh, service was great !!! Can't wait to munch more crab legs!!

  Beautiful decorations for Canada's 150th! � My spouse enjoyed it too. She got cotton candy afterwards. I loved the blueberry pie. Scott and Olivia, Jass and everyone was so nice �� The buffet is smaller than Mississauga's, but this one has fishies in the walls!! So this location is cooler!
