I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food here. It's tucked away in an unassuming little plaza, but the quality of the food is fantastic. I'm not sure if I can recall the last time I've had sashimi this good I'll definitely be back.

Japanese sushi chef who who makes amazing aburi (torched) sushi and also serves uni and toro sushi/sashimi when its in season. Been going there a few times the last few months and very happy to know london has a quality sushi restaurant now. Hole in the wall restaurant. Their sashimi boat s also very impressive and very thick cuts. :)

Since I discovered Sushi and sashimi many years ago the Shiki has become the go to place for me and my complete family. Authentic, delicious, great variety and the best ginger dressing in the world.

Very pleased with my first visit! The waitress was very personable and friendly! Even tried Unagi for the first time and I was surprised at how good it was. All the food was very authentic and delicious, I recommend visiting for yourself! I'll definitely return. Once I learn some casual conversational Japanese :)

For authentic, homestyle Japanese food, this is THE restaurant to dine at in London. The sushi is the best you can get this side of Toronto. I have never had a meal here that I wasn't impressed by. The staff are excellent -- attentive, knowledgeable and courteous. ごちそうさま!

I have been going to this place since it opened. I have moved over the years, but always kept going there. This is a small, family owned restaurant. Produces real Japanese sushi and sashimi and other great delicacies. These are different from the Chinese interpretation - this is real and it does not exist in many places. Highly recommended for taste and price.
