I specifically went in looking for something for my wedding dress. Melissa was extremely helpful and professional and was able to guide me in the right direction without being pushy.

Horrible! The owners are the rudest women I have ever come across in retail. They are only helpful if you are intending on spending hundreds of dollars on their over priced bras. They are stuck up and make you feel uncomfortable with their fakeness. They also treat their staff very poorly, the women who run that place have a superiority complex that does not belong in retail! I will never suggest this store nor will I ever be returning.

I bought two bras from Lovely Lingerie and they do not fit me properly. I was told that they fit properly but I made it a point to raise my arms and ask the sales associate if she thought it fit well everywhere. I told her I was concerned because sometimes bras seem to fit well in the store and then not so well throughout the day upon wearing it. She told me it fit me perfectly and I ended up buying two bras and noticed that when I got home, the tags on both items were removed without my knowledge or consent. I wore one of them and it didn't take long for me to feel pain where the wire was sitting. When I took it off, I had very distinct red lines right on my breast tissue and could tell it was too small. It didn't matter how many times I would readjust. I should have called and said something sooner but I felt very anxious about bringing up a concern, especially now that I have these bras and no tags! I feel like I am completely stuck after spending $200.00 and I still don't have bras that fit me. I feel so disappointed with my experience and would never return.
