I bought a sweet Cannondale road bike at Black Tooth Grin a few days ago. I was impressed with the customer service; Jake (I think that was his name!) was very knowledgeable and patient with me; he showed me how to remove the front tire. He spent about an hour explaining the details of the bike and I am happy that they are willing to service the bike for the next year. He installed a water holder for me at no extra cost which I really appreciated. Their website is excellent: user friendly and very informative. I highly recommend this bike shop. As I side note, I love the name of the shop!

My husband was doing a road ride from Bradford to Barrie today. And the little plastic hook that holds the brake line fell off on the way.So he needed a new one. He went to black tooth and they gave him couple and did not charge him anything. They are very professional and have excellent customer service.

I bought a bike from another bike shop and it fell apart 6 months in, after the 3rd spoke popping I went to BTG to look at buying another bike because I had heard good things about Chris and his shop. After talking to chris and letting him know what had happened he asked to look at the bike. He started fixing it on the back of the car!
Well I bought a Giant Talon from him and its been amazing, my wife then bought a Giant Liv off of him and he fixed the 6 month old bikes for free so we could sell them.
Fast forward, I got hit on my bike and had some damage done to it, he took it in to his shop and fixed it. I was working on the sunday and couldnt pick it up. Chris knew that I loved riding so he took time out of his life and dropped it off at my work. And he did this while still not getting paid from the guy who hit me! The guy did pay but it says a lot about the character of Chris and the way he runs his shop.
I recommend BTG to everyone I know because I know that they will walk out happy

Awesome bike shop- staff are always helpful and attentive. I've had two repairs done there in the past year on my wife's bike, and both times it was faster and cheaper than quoted; I actually had to ask if they got the price right on the last repair because I thought they were undercharging. I try to see them for everything from tools to shoes. Best shop in barrie by far, and yes- I've been to the others. They love bikes and it shows.

Excellent staff. Helped with mounting my new tapered forks to my carbon Trek at less than Trek was about to charge I did not buy my bike from them but my dad is a loyal customer. He rides Giant and I would highly recommend the shop. Small and has what you need.

I purchased a Cannondale bike in February from Chris at BTG. He seemed to be very knowledgeable, and was able to determine the kind of bike that would be suitable for me. When I brought it in for its complementary first tune-up months later, Chris was very accommodating to my schedule and the bike ran even better than new!

Excellent little local bike shop that consistently offers great service with short turnaround times from knowledgeable, helpful, and skilled staff. The shop itself is clean, though a little dimly-lit, and has a wide selection of bikes for different riding styles including mountain, BMX, road, and commuter. Also has a good selection of kid's bikes.
