What a wonderful store. For years I've admired the dresses in the window. Now that I'm engaged I knew this was the store for me - and I was not disappointed. I booked an appointment (this is a necessity in the bridal world - they are busy in there and if you want their personal service book an appointment for the best possible experience). Brittney (Brittany?) helped me and she was phenomenal - she listened and understood exactly what I wanted and found me the PERFECT dress. They also let me take my time to try on many other things that my entourage chose, too. I went back to try the dress on again and officially order it and again was so impressed by the personal, professional, cheerful service. Their dresses are impeccable and there are styles to suit everyone, budget friendly too (everything I tried on was in the 1200-1500 range). I just got the call a few days ago that my dress has arrived and I cannot WAIT to get back there! Love Helen's! Thank you!

My experience was great from the time I walked into Helen's. The staff was very helpful and curtious. Found me the perfect dress and thanks to Joanne she made it look as though it was custom made just for me.

I bought my wedding dress, veil, and all of the bridesmaids dresses from Helen's. It was an amazing experience from start to finish! The ladies in the shop are lovely and made the whole process stress free. They also directed us to several vendors we ended up using - from hair and makeup to alterations. The seamstress they use, Joanne, from Ina's Bridal Alterations is incredibly talented as well. I highly recommend going with her. Her prices are very reasonable for all of the work she does!

I found my perfect wedding dress at Helen's, they have wonderful selection and the atmosphere is truly relaxing and professional. Beyond that though, it was their customer service that really blew me away. From the first appointment, Brittany was warm and welcoming. She accommodated me through several different appointments, through several different style dresses until i found the one. I never felt like I was inconveniencing the staff, and they were always happy to help me, spend time looking for various styles, and giving me honest feedback. When I had an big issue with alterations with only two days before we left for our destination wedding, I expected them to say the same thing my seamstress had told me: "it's too short notice to fix this". Instead, Brittany called a local seamstress, Danielle, of Vanidee designs. She came to the shop, did a fitting for me that day, and went above and beyond to make sure the dress was ready for me the day we left for our wedding. It took so much stress off my shoulders, and it really blew me away that the staff were so invested in ensuring I was truly happy with me dress. Thank you Helen's!!

Helen's has been a dream to work with! Their dress selection offers so many beautiful options. We purchased my wedding dress and my girls bridesmaid dresses here. Weekends are busy, which you would expect given the industry, and appointments are highly recommended. But the owner and every consultant I have had the pleasure of speaking with, even just in a passing hello, has been a lovely.They are always kind and attentive, even when it was busy.
I had such a fabulous experience with them, that I happily recommend them to anyone looking for a dress for any special occasion.
P.S. Their prom dress selection right now is amazing!

I'm late writing this review - Visited March 11th 2017
My consultant was Stacey and this was my first EVER dress appointment. let me just say this girl is absolutely AMAZING! She made me feel like a princess and was soooooo patient with me. out of probably 30 dresses the last dress was my absolute favorite! my wedding still isn't for another year and a half - but Stacey wrote down the dress # and gave me her card. I cannot say enough good words about this consultant. she let me and my girls pick out styles we thought would look good, then after she brought what she thought would look good, I literally got to try on every style in the shop! and she never got annoyed at how picky I was being :)
I recommend booking with Stacey at Helens Bridal, she has a way of listening to exactly what you like or dislike and I guarantee you'll find your dress with her!

The staff is amazing here, they were so helpful and really tried to cater to my body type. They had pretty great selection for lower-medium budgets ($200-$400) they also had a nice selection of bridesmaid dresses and bridal accessories.

Beautiful dresses, amazing quality for a great price! The staff are experienced and very nice. They even stayed open a few minutes late because I was from out of town. I highly recommend this store!
