From the moment I entered the European Autobody until I had my car fixed there, I was treated very well. The people are outstanding, courteous and professional. My car seems to be absolutely new: the service was perfect!!! I strongly recommend its service since they are really excellent in their field.

They have nice cars but quality is very low. One of the workers was smoking inside the building as he was working how is this allowed? I'd bring my car anywhere else!! BEWARE!!

Awsome service. State of the art facility. Go for a tour you will not believe it. Great workmanship. They do a lot of high end cars and regular cars as well.

Overall good experience, be prepared to make an appointment or allocate time due to their popularity and severity of the damage. I got my bumper replaced due to a fender bender and the paint match was flawless, in my opinion. The fitment was aligned and the car was detailed when completed. Certified BMW Collision Center and I can see why it is so popular!
Knocked off a star because of the mechanic that was brought out to help me fixed my trunk latch. He was not the friendliest/approachable guy and only resolved the issue temporarily. The problem said it'd be fixed upon repair - trunk latch unlocks and locks due to pressure. Still have the issue 75% of the time and due to time, thought I could just resolve the issue myself since they are really busy.
Overall thank you Manny, Lawrence and Febe for the superior work and customer service. Not so much the mechanic..response / report this review -

I had my car dropped off to them courtesy of maranello BMW for to touch up the bumper ,and rear quarter panel. Honestly have to say the after results are very amazing. I'm a automotive technician so I know the difference between bad work and good work. These guys do fantastic work I would give more stars if I could. Good job guys!

Back in January 2017 my 2012 E300 was damaged by a city hired Arbourist. The dent was fairly small however located in a really bad spot thus not removable by PDR. I brought my vehicle to European Autobody and they repaired & resprayed my rear quarter panel. I was worried about the paint matching as my car is an off white colour with lots of pearl. It matched perfectly and came out flawless! They did an absolutely amazing job & Brian was excellent through the whole process.

Top quality work, I am quite picky, and had absolutely nothing to complain about. It has been quite an odyssey doing this minor "restoration" on my 2009 M3. I have had issues with distributors, shipping, wheel finishers and detailers. European Auto-body exceeded my exceptions. Their outfit was by far the best to deal with and have provided the best results. I have already referred some people their way.

This is one of the best companies I've ever dealt with, in any industry. They took great care of me right from the start and ensured my car would be fixed right. All the staff there are very friendly and happy to talk to you at any time. This is how businesses should be run. My BMW looks fantastic. I highly recommend them, couldn't be happier.

Had an amazing experience, friendly staff who are always there to answer your call or questions no matter how many times you call them. They really make you feel they've got your back in dealing with insurance companies shenanigans, highly recommended!
