  I love Second Cup. In a world dominated by Starbucks or in Canada, Tim Hortons, for your go to cheap coffee snacks, Second Cup is a nice change. You get the nice coffeehouse atmosphere as well as a simpler menu.
  Sure it's more expensive than Timmies but in the long run, you'll save yourself the stress of selection.
  
  Pro suggestion : White Hot Chocolate with Whipped Cream. It sounds girly and kiddy but it's simple, sweet, and great in the winter time.
  But their coffee is just as satisfying

  When paying cash, the cashier/ barista didn’t ring order through the till, but opened the till to get me change. The location wasn’t busy but the tables and cream & sugar cart was messy

  The manager is a women and shes so rude..i ordered one of the new cold coffee drinks and the coffee was so bitter on the aftertasteit tasted like I ate a cigar. So I told her that wanted the coffee changed and she freaked out on me and told me it was becasue i like tim hortons coffeeI love second cup coffee especially the irish cream brewtreat your customers with respect because we drink ehat you brew and pay for itthe customer is always rightif a customer says your coffee barch tastes bad it does.

  We came here to get some iced/slush coffee drinks while waiting for a movie to start. No non-sense quick friendly service. Drinks were pretty good too. No complaints!
