It was an ok stay here. I booked the place due to the jacuzzi but when I arrived it was out of service. The rooms are dated. The heater either goes on or off even though there is a manual thermostat which does not work. Regardless, a 3 star rating is very modest considering the price I paid.

I must say it was the worse experience ever.. first was supposed to have a queen size bed ,,, got a double. ok staff blamed it on booking online go figure .. no plugs in the sink or tub. bathroom floor was really dirty. carpet in the bedroom was the most dirtiest I ever seen. window would not open,,, window winder broken. light colour mattress was not light colour by any means. woken up 2 times with noise from other rooms, then,, fire alarm went off 4 times in 2 days and the staff did not move at all,, just kept doing work as usual and no fire truck showed up at all so it must be one of those things that happen on a regular basis,, but when it goes off at 2 am in the morning it can be annoying. when complained to staff, they just smiled and said sorry, that was just the room,,, pool had plaster falling off the ceiling not clean at all,,,, I must say management and house cleaning a definite 0.

Prices werent bad. Overall Hotel was good quality, however 2 nights in a row we had people outside and after calling front desk, noise still persisted until almost 5am. They didnt offer any compensation(for lack of sleep) or discount on staying another night. So we went over to Niagara Lodge across the road. They had lower rating from the reviews but it seems quieter, rooms are actually equal to travelodge (or slightly better) and price is alot cheaper (about 20%-30% less)

This was our second visit to this hotel in a month. We found the visit very pleasant from the friendly front desk staff to the clean/comfortable room. We found the rooms not perfect, but by no means did we find anything worth complaining about. This is not the Ritz, but it's a huge step up from the bed bug ridden dive across the street and at a reasonable price.

My husband and I stayed for two nights over Canada day weekend. Is it the nicest hotel? No. However, it was very clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to bring our small dog on short notice without changing rooms which was really appreciated! Lauries kitchen (in house breakfast place) had good food and friendly service for a fraction of the price of the near by breakfast restaurants. We would absolutely feel comfortable staying again in the future!

The two stars are for 1. A clean room and a great night's sleep and 2. Excellent service. My hubby and I have stayed in many motels and aren't really ones to complain about the many quirks that come along with them. However, through the eyes of our daughter and nephew, the view is a bit different. A lot of amenities were out of order or malfunctioning. Sauna and hot tub were out of order. Out door pool was so dirty even THEY didn't want to swim in it. Some of the exercise equipment was out of order. The restaurant onsite was very small and unkempt. Many repairs/upgrades needed at this motel (including one of the locks on our door!) On the plus side, every single staff member we encountered was very pleasant and accommodating. Service was excellent. So, for $200/night, I think it's fair to expect the advertised amenities to be functioning and that things would be in good repair at the very least. Not sure that we would stay here again unless it were due to lack of other options.

I went into Laurie's Kitchen Resturant located inside the Travelodge on Lundy's Lane in Niagara Falls, ON with my Mom for breakfast. We were greeted promptly at the door, taken to our seats and had our coffees brought over within no time at all. The restaurant was clean and very welcoming and warm. They even had a TV so we had something to talk about (Not that we never do) (News about Trump) The waitress, Kristina was AMAZING! She was so friendly and helpful. At one point I counted 7 tables she was waiting on all by herself and she did so with a big smile, with ease and with such a happy friendly attitude. The food was dynamite! Laurie was cooking all by herself and I don't think anyone waiting longer than a few minutes before their hot meal hit the table. I thought there was 3 cooks inside the kitchen! How these two ladies ran the restaurant with positive and professional attitudes and without skipping a beat is beyond me. Once we were ready to pay were met Kristina at the register and genuinely Thanked for dinning there. I definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone! My Mom and I go out for breakfast quite a bit and never have I ever received such great service. Thank you ladies! Job well done!

Terrible, horrible place. They wrongfully kept the $100 security deposit and refused to refund it, even though nothing was damaged. We even cleaned our room so that it looked spotless before check-out. They're crooks - do not stay here!! The customer service was awful. On top of that, this hotel was disgusting and dirty. Even their towels had stains on them. I would NOT recommend staying here. I'm so disappointed :( Assume you're paying an extra $100 before coming here.
