Horrible experience. The room was not clean and had checked in 5 minutes and asked for refund and the old man at the font said no. That is horrible customer service and horrible experience. Do not recommend. Told a lot of people about that.

Rooms were clean and pretty updated. It was pretty quiet too. Close to the hill for easy walking. Wifi worked great! Id rate it 5 stars.

Probably the worst staff on this planet. My friends and I (all over the age of 30) have decided to book this place online for a weekend. When we arrive, we have not got out of the car just yet and the owner comes out yelling and screaming saying HOW CAN I HELP YOU WHAT DO YOU WANT? so we say well we have a reservation here for this weekend. He starts screaming and yelling we still don't know why. Shortly after we find out he is all pissed because we are a group of guys and he automatically assume we are going to be "partying and ruining his place". The moron owner who is not even 3 feet tall start attacking us telling us to leave until one of my friends actually convinced him otherwise. It was a long holiday and we knew finding another place would be very difficult. This man is absolutely horrible and I would never recommend you to go to him. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!

Very basic, but good value. Room is clean. Front king room over office has lots of street noise early in the morning. I'm being picky, but the room could use 3 things - a garbage can in the bathroom, an illuminated clock radio and a box of Kleenex. Also, it's not really walking distance to anything if you are older. For the price it's overall not a bad place to stay.

Love the location, super close to Clifton Hill. The man working at the front desk was super helpful and welcoming, but when we called previously, the lady on the phone was quite rude. The room was clean, ac was working well, and the pool was nice. I loved the balcony and the room felt safe! The cleaning lady gave us some good suggestions on things to do in the area. I'd stay here again.

Stayed here for the night while in town for a wine tour. Rooms are nothing special but are clean, simple, good size, comfy bed. Staff friendly and helpful. Good location with easy walking to both tourist areas. Have stayed before and will stay there again.

I give this place 4 and a half stars. I stayed here for two nights with my mom and sister. The guy who checked us in was friendly and very helpful. He gave us a map of Niagara Falls (and a coupon booklet) and showed us how to get to the Falls from the King's Inn. It's in a pretty good location, only about a fifteen minute walk from the Falls, and there's a convenient store and restaurants around the inn and down the street, so there's options for food, as this place doesn't offer breakfast. The room was really clean (cleaner then some chain hotels we've been too!) and it was pretty comfortable. My only complaint is that the Wi-Fi was really spotty. Overall we enjoyed our stay. It's cheap yet it's a pretty good choice. We will definitely be looking at the King's Inn to stay at the next time we're going to Niagara Falls!

Excellent motel, very friendly staff. Good location, did the whole niagara tour on foot in an hour or two. Its missing a star because walls arent exactly sound proofso..yeah. But hey its not their fault

I believe they were a little uncomfortable with African Americans. When my husband and I checked in, they were dealing with another lady and they told her she pays at check out, which i thought was normal. Hotels usually put a hold on your card and charge when you guys check out. Not Us. Although we were greeted, you can feel their discomfort and they told us we had to pay for our weekend stay right then and there. And we did because it was our wedding anniversary and we wanted to just enjoy ourselves and block all the negatives out. But that made me uneasy and uncomfortable. But after paying and a little conversation, the man started to ease up and was being nice. Provided us with coupons and a map. The 4 channels in the room was a big NO. The location was nice and the rooms were subpar but it did its job. We had a fun weekend. Would i go back?? Hhhhmmm I'll explore other options first.
