Very decent hotel
Staff is always welcoming and helpful,
5-10 minutes walk from the falls, excellent breakfast restaurant on site, multiple restaurants in proximity of hotel, multiple bars close by.
Not pet friendly but very accommodating towards service animals.
Rooms are clean, contain phone, flatscreen tv, fridge, microwave , ironing board&iron.
Bathrooms a bit on the small side but well stocked and equipped with bathtub.
Im on my second multi day stay now and definitely will stay here again.
Only complaints : slow wifi & paid parking
Location was amazing. Paying for parking during ff season is kind of sad. Breakfast quality and just offering toast and butter is just sad. Room was OK. Nothing special about it. I guess they are in business because of location only. Everything in room looked old and below quality. Towels were clean but super old. If they upgrade on quality, i will definitely go to stay there again but until then. NO
Great experience! For $55 a night I was skeptical but I would say Travelodge was at or above the standard of other hotels I've stayed at. If you're looking for a reliable, affordable stay close to the strip then I'd book here.
Staying here with a bus trip, first night after giving our luggage to staff mine was misplaced and taken to another room. When I asked staff member at the desk where it was she responded with an attitude and said what would you like me to do about it. I never received an apology from her. When I finally settled in after they found my luggage, I noticed the MOLD on the bathroom walls. Left some spare change on the dresser only to come back and discover the maid had taken it. Needless to say we will be complaining to the tour company.
Clean rooms, friendly customer service. Location is central to everywhere in main area of Niagara Falls. 15 minutes walk each way to either casino. Near LCBO and all food. Parking increased to $16 per day (with in and out). Never had problems here and we stay here annually.
Only reason why it's not a 5* is due to their increasing cost per night stay. At the prices they charge you'd think it's Fallsview Casino hotel or the Sheraton or Hilton. Based on prices, the hotel is not at par despite being a great second choice. Price should be lowered to reflect that.
We had two rooms and both were clean and had a wonderful view. Beds were big and comfortable. Prices were also great - perfect for a short trip to the Niagara Falls. Service could be more talkative and friendly. Parking service is a negative - way too expensive.
Very nice and clean hotel
Very nice staffs
Good view from the room. The breakfast restaurant is good too. Spacious rooms. Well maintained. The pool and hot tubs R added advantages. Also the location is just superb!
Highly recommended
Stayed overnight for a friend's birthday. Service was prompt and good. We thought check out was at 12 but it was in fact 11 however they still honored the 12 pm checkout at no cost, went a far way with me. It's also located within walking distance to many attraction for kids and, if you have the stamina, adult events like the casino and bars. For the price range and location you can't go wrong. Any closer to the falls and you are paying the price. Any further and you will be in a motel from the 80s with a mattress to match.
Rooms were a bit outdated, but they were clean, and the hotel is on a quiet street only a 5 minute walk to the main strip. Parking was $9, but allowed 24/7 access which was very nice. Staff was very friendly as well. Baths sadly can't hold two at once.
It is a good hotel for staying a couple of nights near the Niagara. The hotel is very inexpensive compared with all the hotels in the area. The service is good and there is also a paid parking area for your car, which you have to pay around 10 dollar per night. The costumer service is good and you will feel home here. There are also many restaurants and food corners around the area which you can walk and dine.
Parking is far from the door, there's no back entrance. Walls are really thin. Room was warm when we arrived. Took about half hr for the room to cool down. Bed was a bit hard. Heart shaped tub was great, took long to fill but was nice
the hotel is located in a perfect location close tho the main strip new casino and old. friendly service and rooms are up to expectations.
Rooms were great, service was great, hot tub and sauna were broken and the hotel didn't mention it when we booked the rooms so that was annoying. Rooms were clean and the temperature controls worked nicely. 10 minute walk to the nearest casino and 15 minute walk to Clifton hills area where all the fun activities are. Overall pretty Good!
