We have made numerous inquiries for products through logels and haven’t had any success there response times to website inquiries is slow or no response at all. Many times they don’t have anything in stock. Our experience with Cambridge auto wreckers has always been pleasant, reasonable, stock plentiful and quick to help or answer inquiry, I will no longer even bother making inquiry with logels!

Called Oct 17th regarding Pads, rotors and calipers for a 2008 Mazda. Was informed they would prepare a quote and call me, it's been two days and no call. Being in the automotive industry, you'd think they would be a little more competitive with trying to retain and gain new customers. I've purchased the parts else where but it was easily a $500 sale in parts.

Rude, and not helpful at all. Wouldn't recommend. Earls way better and they actually wait for you and help you out when in need. Garbage service.

I went there once, don't get things that are critical for your car. I got a rim from there and it was horrible. Probably makes sense because the parts come from cars that were involved in accidents.
