Was there for the Uvic alumni event. The venue was very nice and clean. I would definitely choose to host a venue there in the future.

Love everything about this hotel. From the friendly staff to the rain showerhead. Great free breakfast too. Maximum comfort. The minute you walk into your room and hear the little music playing, you feel a certain weight lift off your shoulders.

We have stayed in most of the 5 star hotels i Toronto and usually go that route, with this weekend being in such high demand because of TIFF being on we ended up as our second choice at this Hotel. We were so pleasantly surprised at the ease of getting to it, its perfect proximity to everything, the electric atmosphere that surrounds it all time, the pleasant and extremely helpful staff (all areas) and the spacious clean well laid out rooms. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in T.O.

Went to the bar to meet my friend for drinks before we went to the TIFF opening party around the corner at TIFF Bell Lightbox. Great environment, fabulous decor and the staff were friendly and the service was prompt. Will absolutely be back again soon!

Best Hotel I've been in my live, the staff are so sweet and professional. I speak French and I was so happy they have staff that speaks French. It's clean and its Beautiful inside. The room is spacious, the bed is really comfortable. I recommend this place. There's a bar and you can eat right in the hotel. My best thing was the staff.

This hotel is tucked away in a little side street in middle of the entertainment district. A great location in an awesome city. Their customer service was outstanding and the rooms were stylish and beautiful. Seriously one of the best places I've stayed in, and I travel the world constantly for work. Just awesome.

The hotel was under some construction, but was still well put together. The entrance to the hotel is awkwardly down a one way alley. For such a nice hotel, the street front it is on (Mercer) is quite grungy. The doorman on arrival was wonderful. He helped us unload our luggage, valeted the car for us and treated us wonderfully for our entire stay. The room was beautiful! Modern decor, comfy beds, and the bathroom was nice with a separate room for the toilet. The rainfall walk in shower was amazing. The complimentary breakfast was alright. There was staff that prepared coffees and teas and helped out whenever required as well as cleared the dishes. They were great and super friendly. We felt the food options could have been better, but it was enough the make do with. All in all it was a nice stay for one night in Toronto.

I just arrived for a 2 night stay and the staff members are very incompetent! I've been missed informed 3 times by 3 different staff members. I recommend staying somewhere elsewhere.

I was on a film set at the restaurant. None of their hospitality was experienced as it was all contained. Visually, it was spacious and comfortable, good ambience, and I would love to actually dine there sometime soon. :)

Would stay here again in a heartbeat. The service was excellent. The bar was beautiful. The rooms were spacious, gorgeous and set up perfectly for two people I thought. Bathroom is huge with storage that made sense and room was comfortable and stunning in design
