I was with Cheryl today. Upon arrival and when leaving there was a back up of patients at the check in / checkout desk. At one point there were 5 of us in this tiny area. I tried stepping out into the hallway, but patients were waiting there as well. This is not safe during these pandemic times. As well, having Cheryl waiting there too is a waste of her valuable time.

Really friendly staff and Dr. Boudakian is great. Really positive energy and makes you feel like she cares. Only does procedures when they’re necessary. Been going to her for years now. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Dr. Jason Goldshlager for 20+ years, since I was a wee boy. I have had everything you can imagine done: implant, bonding, fillings, etc. Everything has gone smooth and been comfortable. The hygienists are amazing, very kind and caring. I would have recommended sooner but I figured it was my best kept secret. I was there recently and it felt safe with all their Covid safety protocols.

Great dentists, difficult support staff. Five star dentists but 1 star staff since Valerie and Ann left. Hence the overall 3 star rating. Have to argue with staff to get service. They are great at processing your bill, but wholly lacking interest in helping you work through problems with dental insurers.

I have been a patient for many years, and I highly enjoy coming back for my visits.
Dr. Odiatu is absolutely incredible. He takes time and care of his patients, ensuring they feel and look their best. I work in luxury fashion, and my smile is important to my confidence in my job. Dr. Odiatu takes great professional, and thorough care of my dental needs, and making an appointment to see him is something I genuinely look forward to. Dr.Odiatu puts me at ease when I fear of issues arising with any dental issues I may have, and assures me I can contact him with any questions I may have. Julia looked after me beautifully, as usual. She took me on time. She was extremely pleasant. She did a thorough job of cleaning my teeth. She is a pleasure and I look forward to my teeth whitening procedure with her on Monday. Julia is a true professional who reflects most positively on your dental practice.

When your dentists office is this good, you actually look forward to your appointment. Friendly staff, clean environment, following COVID protocols, always makes me feel comfortable. I know I'm in great hands from receptionist (Marge), hygienist (Lillian with the most delicate hands), assistants and of course Dr.Boudakian who is so thorough. I know I'll be showing off my own pearly kinda-whites for a long time! Make sure you floss!

I have been going to see Janet for my dental hygiene/cleaning appointments for almost 20 years. My latest cleaning was today.
I cannot express in a review how impressed I am with the level of care and concern I receive regularly at Bayview Village Dental Associates. The staff all make you feel welcome and appreciated. Though I moved almost 2 years ago, I still happily make the 90-minute drive from my new home, twice a year, to visit Bayview. Though my dentist has recently retired, I am now connected with a new dentist and I expect to continue to make Bayview my dental care "home", at least as long as Janet is there. She is the best ! When you are due for a dental hygiene/cleaning appointment, ask to make a reservation with Janet. She is very well experienced, does an impeccable job and is the nicest person you will ever meet. By far the best dental visit I have ever had. Dr. Dirlis was very thorough, attentive and listened to my concerns. His calming and reassuring nature made this a very pleasant visit and my broken tooth was painlessly taken care of.
The front desk reception was very professional and took care of all my insurance needs. In addition, this office has many dental specialists and even a physiotherapist on site!! A rare find!!response / report this review -

I find the staff and my personal dentist Dr. Goldshlager to be very professional and courteous. The environment is clean and procedures are discussed in advance to aid in your decision making process. Having an on site endo is very helpful and they do a great job of filling you in when there is an emergency. Nothing but praise for this facility.

Dr Singh did an excellent job on my root canal. He's also a really caring and kind professional. The office staff are incredibly helpful and thoughtful. I had been going through a lot at the time and they got me a birthday cupcake and sang for me haha. A really nice professional team.

Very unhappy with my visit to Dr. Novinder Singh, he filled cavities I didn't have and this has caused me a lot of pain and sensitivity. I will never return to this dental clinic. The office staff, however, is very kind and helpful.

Buyer beware, these people will try and upsell you. I went in for a routine cavity filling (prior filling came out) and was charged $200 for the filling. 2 months later the filling came out.They also said they needed to take an x-ray on the initial visit when anyone could easily see where the filling had come out. I complained to the receptionist and she hung up on me. really??? Terrible customer service, unprofessional and dishonest staff. Furthermore, I referred my wife here for a dental checkup, they said she had 4 cavities and needed $800 in dental work. I got a second opinion and turns out she only has 1 cavity!!!
DON'T GO HERE!, Its a money mill with dental associates that don't care about their patients only there pay check!response / report this review
