Fast & efficient! Prices were great and option to pick up directly from the warehouse was convenient.
I see alot of review on here with issues regarding delivery.
I highly suggest going and picking it up yourself directly from the Bad boy distribution center.
Thanks to Mr. Shaker for all his knowledge and support.

Could be the worst online experience ever. There is no way to get in contact with them. Been on hold for over 30 mins on the phone with no answer. Numerous emails with no answer – yet they were very quick to get the purchase on my credit card. No expected delivery date communicated – and again, no response to any contact. Stay away from this organization. I chose to buy from them on “free delivery” only – my time and $’s would have been better spent paying a bit more with one of their reputable competitors – at least they can give me an estimated lead-time. Weeks go by waiting for this essential household appliance (replacing a failed one) with no idea of how this is going to end. At this point, are they still in business???? Anybody know?

first off its almost impossible getting a hold of someone. You will be waiting on hold for an hour at least I ordered a bed over a month and a half ago and at the time i was told would get delivery in 1 week. Called back after a week to see what's happening and was told me they had my address wrong so that's why no one called and that i will get call back next day no call. Then when i called back to ask what's happening again, they said that they don't have the side rails and that we have to wait until end of march. SO its now end of march and today they're saying we have to wait until end of April I would NOT recommend these guys. Poor customer service and false promises!

Ordered a dishwasher online at the end of December 2020. No delivery till Feb 8, 2021. Tried to call customer service nobody picked up the phone after 2 hours waiting time. Emailed them mid January, asking to provide a delivery date. Replied that they are waiting for the purchase team to advise when the item will arrive to a distribution center. Emailed them back asking for a refund - silence! Got my money back through a claim to PayPal. Never again.

Take your money elsewhere. Read all the other reviews. Buy something from here - you won't receive it for several months, if ever. Try to get someone to help you - won't happen.

Never, ever again. Better companies to buy from. These guys suck.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! As with many of the other reviews, I ordered a fridge in June which was never delivered and the date kept being pushed back for 3 months. I finally contacted Visa and they were able to reverse the charges. I suspect that Bad Boys may be going out of business, so I recommend trying to get the charges reversed asap if you are waiting for a delivery.

After reversing the charges, I placed a new order with Best Buy, and they were able to deliver within 3 business days.

My elderly mother ordered a new dryer. When being delivered, the driver dropped it off of the truck. My mom was told it will be fine, etc. (even with visible damage). Once it got inside and was installed, it didn’t work. She was told someone will come in to repair it. Desperate (because it took almost two months to actually get the delivery), she said “okay,” as long as it could be repaired quickly. Someone came by and nothing was fixed. She now has a brand new dryer, that fell off of the truck and that needs to be “repaired” yet again. All she/I want is for someone to deliver a new dryer (without dropping it) and take the other one back. Trying to talk to someone is impossible. When I called, they forwarded my call to the manufacturer. The manufacturer has nothing to do with it? Imagine buying a new car and the salesperson crashes it as they pull it around and tell you to call Honda to sort it out. I’ll gladly remove this negative review once this rectified.

Got a hold of a rep this morning, one the fridges i ordered 2 weeks ago is back-ordered until October. They found the same size in silver, and delivery is now scheduled for this friday. Will update to 5 stars if this comes through. But still, i would have appreciated some communication from the bad boy staff. It was only after i was able to get through to them on the phone that i found out i was 5 weeks away from my delivery.

Don’t buy. Consumer be ware. You life will be disastrous and painful. They don’t ship on time and then hold your money like a thug. I am wondering how they are still in the business. They will lie to you on phone to sell it, they will make an excuses like pieces are missing and stuff like that. Been nearly 3 months and they haven’t shipped our order yet. Please be careful what you see on the website may no be available on their locations. They will still take your order and then they will not ship it.

I don't give 5 stars lightly, however when something is excellent and beyond expectations I think it's important to share!
Firstly, by far the friendliest most efficient and courteous employees I've encountered in one place in a long time!
We had a little mix up with our on line order and it was caught by someone in delivery! I wish I had her name! She saved us a ton of grief! Then to fix that we talked to Evan. He is efficient, patient and thorough. He is so helpful, and he speaks to you like you're talking to a friend you've known for years.
Our order was supposed to arrive in 2 to 3 weeks. We needed it so we went ahead because the price was so fantastic and the reviews of the products were awesome. WE GOT IT THE NEXT DAY. Delivery was free! Then the delivery guys were fabulous! These guys were so careful, friendly, very courteous, extremely efficient and so FAST!
If you're reading reviews because you want to make the best choice, I highly recommend Lastman"s Bad Boy!

Swore I'd never shop at Bad Boys (ads too annoying), but the price was the best when we urgently needed a new freezer to put our ducks in when they go to slaughter. I was nervous about the delivery (free), because we have unusual basement stairs, but the guys on the truck were pros and did a fantastic job. We had to reschedule delivery because the first one was scheduled from 3-7pm on Halloween - trick or treat?

Booked 4 seater dining table through bad boy online website
Had one of my worst customer experience in recent time .. I placed order online and received email for address and ID confirmation after 2 days.. it took 4 weeks and several phone calls to their customer service to approve my order
It took them 5 weeks to approve my order , although I was charged the same day order was placed.

Took few extra calls and 3 additional week to get delivery date .. product was delivered after 2 months order was placed .

Product quality:
Received product in good quality and condition .. it was easy to assemble the table and chairs. Using table for little over a week. It is good so far.

Overall product quality is good and well priced .. overall customer service experience was not pleasant

We went to the store first, very sharky, pushy service. We ordered online and had nothing but a smooth transition to purchase what we ordered. The delivery people were very nice and set up the couch for us on moving day. Very pleased but will only order online.

Great on line service. Order placed, emails advised at each stage up to home delivery. Item was damaged when box opened and they took it back right then and there. A new order processed in only days. Delivery guys were careful. I especially liked the emails and texts that advised me the morning of and then right before the delivery truck arrived. Very helpful. I'd order again on line.

Absolutely the most horrendous customer service ever. DO NOT BUY FROM BAD BOY. They advertise items on their website and then deliver the wrong thing and refuse to work with you to resolve it. Customer service never answers the phone. Leaving a message is pointless. They ignore, ignore, ignore. Unreal. If you buy from them, good luck!!! You will immediately regret it.

Reached out to me?? No no my friend. I contacted bad boy over and over and had to threaten legal action before ANYONE bothered to address the issue. So nice try. Such a waste of time and money. Never again. I would rather pay double and deal with a decent company,thanks. Be prepared for their bogus online prices. It will become a nightmare.

We were looking for new furniture for our new house in Ottawa. Could not find the combination of price/quality locally and fortunately found it on Lastman's Bad Boy web site. We placed the order online and got our furniture ready for pick up in two weeks. Fully satisfied with quality, price and interaction experience. We wish the company to grow and reach national capital region.

While the customer service is exceptional, as are the delivery personnel, the quality control dept., leaves a lot to be desired. The bedroom set that we ordered came with 3 #1 posts (should have been 2 #1 posts and 2 #2 posts). When they finally delivered the right post and we were able to put the bed together, the headboard was for a Queen size mattress but the footboard was for a Double (we ordered for a Queen). Although they are ordering us the right baseboard, how the hell does an order get so screwed up? Someone is sleeping on the job!

I purchased a Whirlpool dishwasher on-line. It was a simple process, little effort required. Arrangements for delivery were made and followed up right to the moment of delivery. I was impressed. The delivery staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a great purchase experience. Plus the new dishwasher is great!

I know many people have issues but my experience was great! I was looking for this particular mirrored console table and all my searches were finding them in the UK or China. I somehow decided to check local stores near me, at least the ones with online sites, and found it here! I was so happy. They sent me timely and appropriate emails, the date to pick up and all went well.
