Great service Ainsley was awesome and the delivery guys were great too. Just got my couch set today, they put the couches together and put them where they were supposed to go. Felt bad that I don't have a elevator and live on the third floor but they were troopers and got them up. I didn't get their names they were two Jamacian gentlemen but thanks guys, you are awesome.
And thank you for taking the boxes and cleaning up the packaging. Very happy 🙂🙂
As a person who does reviews on a lot of places, this place ranks #1 for being the worst. Spend $3k on a sectional, they show up and leave the boxes in your living room and don't set it up.
Once you start assembling your brand new sectional you come to realize that they not only send doubles of parts, but they also forget half the dang couch.
So Make a call to Have it resolved, promise that it will be fixed by the end of the month and it's not done.
I'm at the point where I'm going to reach out to the BBB over how unreliable this company is.
I wouldn't recommend this furniture store to anyone.
When I first looked at the reviews for Lastman's Badboy I was surprised to see how negative they were. My wife and I have so far been very satisfied with the service we've received. The salesman Happy was very helpful and patient when we chose the sectional couch. He explained the features and extended warranty and was able to give us a good deal. The next day we went on line to the Bad Boy website and found the couch at a lower price. When we took the advertised price to the store we were told that was an on line price. However they gave us a store credit. The couch was delivered exactly on time. We were contacted a week prior to delivery and on the day of delivery by the delivery crew. The couch was set up to our satisfaction and all cardboard and packing materials were cleaned up. Our experience with Bad Boy has so far been very satisfactory. I would recommend Bad Boy and hope to have continued good service.
Purchased some bar stools online to be picked up at London location. Realized that they were not going to work in the room so emailed customer service saying that I didn't need them anymore and requested a refund. No response. A week later a guy calls to tell me they are ready to be picked up and I tell him that I no longer wanted the stools and had requested a refund. He said that that was against their policy and that I couldn't get a refund- just a store credit. I asked to speak to a manager and he said he was a manager. I emailed customer service again when I got home. Frustrated I decided to go to the store the next day and just accept the store credit. At the service counter I got the same guy I had been speaking to (clearly not a manager) and said that I would take the store credit. He said oh, well I will have to speak to the store manager (!?)- who said they would give me a store credit only if I purchased something TODAY otherwise I was out of luck. I decided to buy a mattress and be done with it. Clearly building customer loyalty and providing good customer service and satisfaction is not a priority at Lastman's. Since good customer service is my policy I will never shop here again.
I am 100% certain there are large problems that need to be addressed at this store as evidence of the overwhelmingly negative reviews regarding customer support, but my personal experience was fantastic in this regard. Stephanie helped us find a sectional and went through the process of delivery, was estimated between 3-5 weeks and it arrived within 2 weeks. Take this with a grain of salt as my experience seems uncommon according to reviews. But all-said, Stephanie was fantastic.
On October 25th we purchased a nice set of tables from Bad Boy. The salesperson was great. We knew that the tables needed to be ordered and were excited when they called on November 6th to let us know that the pieces had arrived. We picked up the tables, only to realize when we returned home that we had been given two boxes of glass instead of the required box of table frames and box of glass. We immediately called Bad Boy to let them know of the error. We were told that we would need to "speak to the back". The "back" said they couldn't do anything, we needed to let them know at customer service. After this back and forth, we were told that they would make an e-mail inquiry to their main warehouse and find our table frames. They would call in a couple of days. After 3 days and no call, we called again. We were told the exact same thing. After another few days, we called again. We were told the exact same thing. When I explained this customer service, she was very unapologetic and said there was nothing else she could do. On November 16th, we received a call that our tables had arrived. When we went to pick them up, we noticed that the tables were further reduced. We were told that they would e-mail head office for approval of an in-store credit for the difference. So, we go around to the back to pick up our tables.not only are our tables not there, they have no idea who called us, and they now have no information about owing us table frames. The manager, Mikie, is going to make an e-mail inquiry regarding our tables. Apparently there is no e-mail trail about our tablesThis is a lesson learned. Any company that has an "all sales are final" policy - AVOID. I'm still waiting on my table frames
EDIT: My couch set has been in my home for less than two months now. Despite being the only person in the home (extremely petite), who only generally sits on one particular piece, the seats of all 3 pieces are extremely saggy and the fabric is stretched out. They look years old, not months. Extremely poor quality- not impressed.

I purchased a living room set during a recent tent sale. During that time the sales person indicated to me multiple times that holding the items until I needed them wouldn't be a problem whatsoever (around a month and a half, while I waited for my home sale to close)- and, he reassured me that, despite being a tent sale item, I was absolutely guaranteed to get it. We indicated at least three times during the sale that if they were unable to hold the items for that length of time, to call us, so that we could arrange for alternate storage.
A month after I had purchased my items, I received a message from BB, asking whether everything was still on schedule for me picking it up as planned. Unfortunately I was away for a few days and unable to return their call- when I did, the woman who answered the phone asked me if I had "heard anything about my couch." When I indicated that I hadn't, she informed me that there couch had been discontinued and was now sold out. She explained that I would have to come into the store to reselect a different couch. When I asked about the loveseat and chair, she explained, "Those are available, you still have to pick them up."
When I indicated that I wouldn't take the loveseat and chair without a matching couch, she said that their policies indicated that only discontinued/ sold out items were able to be reselected- and she would have to speak to the manager about doing so. Throughout the conversation I indicated that I had been guaranteed the items numerous times.
Around half an hour later, a manager did call- but explained that they were just about to close and that he would look into it further the following day. The following day, after not hearing from him, we called- he informed us that there appeared to be a few couches still available in the system, but whose whereabouts were currently unknown- and that he was hoping one would make its way to us. When we indicated that if he couldn't secure one, we would like a refund, he said "all sales are final"- a policy which, to me, can only be implemented when a business actually upholds its side of a "deal" (providing a customer with what they purchased in full).
A week later, again, receiving no updates, we learned that a couch would arrive shortly. Not wanting to take our chances, we decided to take the set a month earlier than agreed upon- in the hopes of not losing it again.
When we arrived at the store (which only had two or three other customers in it, being helped by floor sales people), and approached the counter, there was one female and one male employee standing around, talking- while a third female employeee quietly stared at us. After trying to engage the one looking at us, she then turned back to her computer, ignoring us. Quite shocked at her blatant dismissal of us, we thought it best to deal with the other two. We waited a few minutes while the other finished their (completely unrelated to work) conversation.
Once we managed to engage the other female employee, we handed over our receipt- she asked where we had parked. Upon explaining where, she then shoved the receipt back at us. After a few minutes of awkward silence, waiting for her to tell us what to do next and/or if she required anything further, and receiving no response, we went in pursuit of our furniture ourselves.
Bad Boy, please take note, Riley, who was working in the delivery pick-up area is a GODSEND. He was quite literally the only shining point in what was a rather unpleasant situation all around. HE is the type of employee all your others should strive to be (with his extremely approachable and upbeat attitude, extremely courteous and actually caring about your customers).
I was so excited to get some new couches as mine were hand-me-downs from my grandmother (very very old couches). I was invited to the VIP sale in order to get a better deal.the sales guy tried to pitch me on buying the couches at the same price with no deal! He pretended to work out a deal with the hopes that I forgot the original prices. Too bad I didn’tI called him out on it and not he tried to play it off! So slimy! Tried to legit trick me into buying them at their regular prices! He said he would “try again” to get me a deal, but he never got back to me. He managed to turn a for sure sale into me NEVER buying furniture from them because they are straight up liars.
I wish I could give 0 stars. I bought some furniture back on September but got them by October. Then the foot rest of one them needed some repair. Since I purchased a warranty, I proceeded to call them. They told me to take some pictures and send them by e-mail. There was no response at all. About a week later, I call them back and told me not to worry cause the order was already placed and a technician should be coming throughout the week. A month later and I'm still waiting. My dad bought a TV from here as well. There was a bump on it. Called and send some pics by e-mail but nothing happened.
I called again and told me that someone should be calling me today cause everything was good to go since they already had the replacement. Nothing happened again
Their warranty service sucks. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!
*** Just came to do an update.***
Last thing I heard about them was that they were going to send a replacement instead of sending a technician to repair it. It's September 2017 and nothing has happened. I will now send another email but to the social media one. Lets see if they are more helpful
We had purchased a table and chairs set with a bench and had paid extra to get it delivered to us. When you do this you usually expect the product to be delivered to you fully assembled and the fact that we were told to inspect the product after it was delivered to make sure it was in a good condition only cemented this fact. However, come delivery day it was delivered in a box not assembled and nobody assembled it upon delivery either. Naturally we were very upset about this. My mother who had made the purchase using her card had immediately called Bad Boy back about this. She either wanted someone to assemble it or to return the item with a refund as we were not getting the service we thought we would get. This is where we discovered that apparently their was another extra charge to get it assembled that we had not been told about before either. Well nobody is coming to assemble the product and since all sales are final we aren't getting a refund. We were told this by an extremely rude sales associate who basically said that things are delivered in boxes now and that was how things were done. They made it seem like we were idiots for thinking otherwise and it felt like once they had received the money and made the sale we simply didn't matter anymore nor did it matter about any future service they would give us. So my mother informed the women that we would be informing social media about this and stand in front of the store letting people know about what happened. The response we got to this is that she would call the cops on my mother if she did that in front of the store. Last time I checked free speech was one of our rights and she would be in the parking lot which is shared between multiple stores not just Bad Boy. So in the end we feel delibertly misled and even threatened. To top it off the associate even hung up on my mother while she was speaking to her about this. Do not buy from them as they are liars who simply don't care once they have your money.
Good service, great price ..I will definitely recommend to others who are looking for furniture in the future. Thanks Phil!
Great experience! We needed a chest freezer in a certain size on short notice and the manager (Lisa) did everything in her power to get us one. Very pleased with their service and our purchase!

We were greeted by friendly sales staff. They were not pushy at all which is what I liked. Also when we mentioned we still have other stores to look at, the sales manager said he understands and he hopes we find something. If not then he welcomes us back any time. I like when sales teams do not say negative comments about other stores. We unfortunately did not find what we needed but I will Def be back because of the sales team.
It's December 10th,2016 and I have now been waiting 7 weeks plus one day for the couch and love seat I purchased in October. I was given an expected delivery date of 3-4 weeks from time of purchase. My son and I have been sitting on the floor for almost 2 months now. I spoke with all their levels of administration at this location and they couldn't guarantee my items to arrive by next Friday. Today the General Manager informed me the potential delivery date may be in January then he offered me as an alternative to my purchase a pink set. PINK!! The set I purchased was blue.
I've previously posted activities and the social media contact requested I email them to discuss. I emailed at the address they provided with my contact information and nobody followed up with me.
I'll provide updates as activities progress.
