  What a great team. When they arrived, bang on time, they looked a rather motley crew but watching them work was like watching a well oiled machine in operation, a picture of care and efficiency. Luckily my daughter was at the new home because they got there long before I did. To top it off they came in well under the original estimate. My kind of mover !!

  I was very frustrated with the customer service because I had to phone or email numerous times without getting replies. I would give days for the representative to answer but nothing. I finally asked to speak to his boss and then got an answer. He also seemed to think he knew my decision without first asking me (like which day to book the movers) and then this just required more contacting. He told me the final price would be based on a matrix but what he didn't tell me is that as the weight decreases, the rate increases. I tried to cut my costs by decreasing the weight only to find out that since I had 3000 pounds or less, there is an additional small load fee and that the rate had increased. It would have been so helpful to just have a simple explanation like I have just given. There was really not going to be much of a difference between the initial quote and the final cost. May I suggest that you not give the impression that there will be a measurable change?? I packed my mattresses and TV but this was not communicated to the accounting so they sent me invoices with those charges and that meant more changes needed to be made. Not once did I receive an apology from the representative but rather he blamed the accounting. Accounting did apologize even though it wasn't their error.
  
  I thought I was dealing with AMJ Campbell but when the movers came, I found out that the move was being done by someone under Atlas. This meant further delay in getting a refund of the over charge. It was finally done but after much follow-up and waiting.
  
  The movers themselves were good as far as handling the goods. They had forgotten their toolbox when they picked up my goods so used mine!! When they unloaded, they were running out of time so asked if I minded putting the few pieces of furniture together that were their responsibility. By that time I was quite willing to do it and be done with the move!!
  
  One of my reasons for choosing AMJ Campbell was their partnership with CAA. Hindsight -- I likely wouldn't do it again but would look very seriously at other companies.

  The 3 man crew were professional, very efficient, and polite. They carefully wrapped all my items, took apart items (I.e., bed frame) and when they unpacked at my new location, they asked where I’d like everything to go and put together everything! Great team and I would highly recommend the team and the company. I will definitely use AMJ Campbell if I ever move again.

  I recently moved my parents from London to Cobourg. They needed packing services as well. I was having trouble finding a moving company with availability but it was no problem with AMJ. The phone support was The packers (Cara and Becky?) were fantastic. They were so nice, and incredibly fast and organized. The movers (Jason and Justin) were extremely organized. Everyone was friendly, fast and professional. The company also followed up to find out about my experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

  I would recommend the AMJ London team for any moves you may have. The team was on time, professional and courteous. They handled the move neatly and efficiently with no problems. Definitely took a lot of the stress out of moving day.
